Working with the salesperson was a challenge - he was knowledgeable, never misled us, and was even helpful with making selections.  But he seemed to lack interpersonal skills.  An example - when there was still work to do at the end of the job, he wanted to collect the final amount but I wanted to withhold $1000.  He said - "well since we can't trust each other, I will need a statement that you will pay when the final items are done" -  just frustrating.  Another example - they offer a referral bonus.  We went with Window Pro based on a recommendation of a neighbor.  When I mentioned this, he said that he didn't work with them so wouldn't give them their bonus - they would need to contact their salesperson....

The windows were on time.  The crew who did the installation was very personable and professional.  They did a good job of explaining the process, cleaning up after themselves, and doing a final walk through.  The crew that did the staining of the window frame was very fast and did a pretty good job - the only issue was that they were in a hurry to leave when they were done and so rushed through the walk through.  It was only later that I noticed swipes of stain on the some of the outside frames (they open the windows to do the job.

All in all, the experience went well.  I would recommend the product (Marvin Windows) and Window Pro - just be prepared to accept the gruffness of this particular salesperson.

They did a very nice job. Window was installed securely. I did have to wait a month and half for it to be ordered but the installation was very good.

The process went very well. Everyone was very knowledgable and helpful during the process. The products were very pricey but they were the only ones in Columbus who sold what we wanted. We overall were very pleased with the new windows and noticed an immediate difference in room comfort where they were replaced.

Crew was neat, quick and professional. Knew what they were doing and finished the work in half a day without incident. Cleaned up any dust and debris and left the area clean and neat.

The windows are excellent.    The installation went as anticipated with no hitches whatsoever.   Very good company to work with.   Excellent product.

A father & son team quickly and neatly removed the old doors and expertly installed the new door, they took extra care making sure all the trim was perfect and cleaned the family room and 3 season room area, when it was done you would not have known it was replaced.

Very satisfied with the entire process.  Jeff Lowe the sales rep was very thorough in his presentation at our home and  was very good in following up and being available throughout the measuring, ordering, delivery and installation.  The Installers Bill Batt and his son Joe are true professionals at what they do.  They took great pains to protect carpet and furniture and to do a thorough clean up.  They are skilled and organized which made the installation go quickly and without issue.  For any future jobs we will not hesitate to include WindowPro in our planning and to ask for the Batts should we select WindowPro for additional window or door replacements.  The windows required staining/finishing and this was scheduled the next day after installation.  The painters arrived on time, had sufficient crew to get all 10 windows done in one day and again were careful in protecting carpet and furniture.  The staining/finishing was very well done.

Window removal was very well done as was the installation of the new windows and trim.  The down side in this deal was that it was not disclosed that they use a 3rd party to stain and apply finishing to the interior trim. First attempt was poor to say the least, wood trim not well prepared and finish coat was marred when window panels were reinstalled. Second time (same crew of people) the job was better, but not what I was expecting.
While the windows are great and the installation of them was very well performed, I'd either do your own staining or use someone you have experience with. Really nice windows lousy finish.

I finally got them to give me $300 (less than 10%) off.  But it was a long, drawn out process.  I would rate their customer service as low.  And for that reason, I would never use them again.

They did an awesome job!!  It was very cold out so they removed and installed one window at a time.  They were very meticulous with every detail of the installation.  They cleaned everything up and left my home in great shape.  I love the new windows!!  I plan to buy more windows from Windows Pro and I definitely want the Batt's to do the installation.  They were the best!!

We first met with WindowPro in March after looking at the products available from other companies and DIY stores. The Marvin glider windows seemed to be the answer for us. Ken Adams visited the house, measured, suggested some variations in the original idea, and the installation went as planned in late May.  I was impressed with the workmanship inside and the outside trim. It was exactly as we had discussed. One of the locks was not working properly; the installation manager had someone out the next day to fix / replace the lock.  It malfunctioned once more but I didn't call for a repair until later in the summer. Once I called, the person who fixes them was out the next day and we haven't had a problem since. One other lock was broken, too but fixed during that second call. We're very happy with the transformation and the function of the windows. I would say that the windows are very heavy and sometimes it takes a few times to properly lock them. Overall I'm satisfied.

It was a decent experience. Initially, when the gentleman installed our windows in our living room, after the installation we noticed a crack in the window. We purchased fiber glass windows so when we pointed it out to the gentleman who did the installation said that they didn’t have to replace it. He ended up making some repair to fix the window. We waited a couple of weeks and noticed it didn’t look any better. They sent a gentleman back out, and we actually had to get a new window. We were a little disappointed about that and we felt like that should have been caught when it was installed. They then had to re-order the window. Everything is fine now. We are very happy with the windows overall. We definitely noticed a difference in our house as far as noise level.

We spoke to three or four companies and thought we had a thorough list of questions.
It only took a few days for the pricing to come back, their pricing model was actually simple, but in a way that also made it confusing.
For example how could different products with very different  different warranties be the same price, you had to clearly understand the options.
We requested the father son team for installation, which was great. They were very professional and left no mess.
We were able to retain our woodwork, and it needed some repairs as part of the installation.  We had a few issues getting this done immediately, but they made good on what the salesman sold us.
We didn't expect to also have reduced heating costs this winter in addition to a wonderful view,  another great benefit of the windows.

I had Mark Knapke of WindowPro out last August to give my husband and me an estimate on 8 windows for our 100 year old farm house. He came and did so, but was rude when I didn't quickly sign on with the company (we weren't ready to do this yet, as we had another project to do before this). We were simply gathering information. Despite this, I like the product very much. Also the color that I would like is available for the interior part of my windows through their brand (Infinity). However, we had been in a flux last year and I had lost his esstimate. So I called the office to ask if they could tell me how much the estimate had been. The office person told me they had no knowledge of any estimate, and that they would have someone come out to give us a new one. That was ok with me. The same person came out, Mark, and had the estimate that we had lost. He gave me a high pressure pitch about needing to decide before 4:00PM that day to get the same price (the estimate from last August stated I needed to order by the end of August to get that deal) I was finally able to contact my husband (I had known he would be in meetings), who stated that the price ($9280.00) was just too much (Over $1000/window) and that we had gotten other estimates for less than half the price. He noted that we might have to compromise the color I wanted in order to meet the cost requirements, which I was willing to do. When I told Mark this, he appeared annoyed and reminded me that it was the second time he had come to my home. I told him I had tried to save him the trip by calling for the estimate, but they had not been able to quote it to me. He told me that he had kept my information, and that I should have contacted him via his cell phone (of course, I had lost that with the estimate). He also told me not to call him back to the house for windows again. I felt thoroughly scolded and was offended by Mark's unprofessional demeanor. I will certainly not be calling WindowPRO back to the house again.

After getting multiple quotes, it was time to decide on the specific brand of window.  I chose Marvin windows from WindowPro.  From start to finish, the service was excellent.  Installation was efficient and went smoothly in spite of some rainy weather.  The installers were considerate, polite and very good at what they do.  I am extremely pleased with the functionality and appearance of the new windows and doors.  The new windows greatly diminish any outside noise and it's fantastic to have totally operational windows with no drafts.   The majority of the work was done in 2011 and I went back to WindowPro in 2012 to get some additional work done.  I love my new windows and I feel that I have increased the value of my home substantially.  I highly recommend WindowPro.

It was done very timely and orderly.

Very simple-they took out one window at a time and replaced it with a new one.  When all the windows and the door were finished, a trim crew came and stained, hung and trimmed around all the windows to match our existing wood.  Lastly, a small crew came to clean the windows and check for any problems.  Projected lasted several days, but we were definitely satisfied with the time and overall job.
