The man's name is Gary Howell and he is extremely nice. They also were very responsive. They were professional and the work was extremely reasonably priced. I've paid a lot more for a lot less work.

They were on time and very thorough. They were courteous and left no signs that they were there when the work was completed.

The company did an excellent job; showed-up when they said they would, and wasted no time getting the job done. The workers were all very professional and took great pride in the job they did.

It was an excellent experience. Everything went as planned. Some changes were made along the way and Mr. Howell and his crew were cooperative. I do not think you can go wrong by using Howell tree service. We plan on hiring Mr. Howell again when we want to complete the project.

I have already commented about their promptness. They certainly were polite and asked me to look over the work. The price was a little more than what I wanted to pay, but I would have them back again.

DENNIS HOWELL CAME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE ON REMOVAL AFTER CONFIRMING THAT THE TREE COULD NOT BE SAVED. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNDERSTOOD THE EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENT WE HAD TO THE TREE. I AGREED TO CALL HIM ONCE I HAD MOVED THE UNDERPLANTINGS AND WE WOULD SCHEDULE THE REMOVAL. WHEN I CALLED WE HAD TO CHOOSE A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT DATES DUE TO WORK SCHEDULE CONFLICTS ON BOTH SIDES, BUT WE DID EVENTUALLY SETTLE ON A DAY. THE CREWS ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID A REASONABLE JOB WITH THE TREE. OUR LOT IS LONG AND NARROW, AND SOME MINOR DAMAGE TO THE LAWN WAS UNAVOIDABLE, BUT ALL IN ALL I WAS PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK. THE CREW CLEANED UP THE PATIO AND DRIVEWAY AREA VERY WELL. THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR THE WORK DONE. I HOPE I DO NOT NEED TO REMOVE ANY OTHER TREES OF THIS SIZE, BUT I WOULD CALL HOWELL'S AGAIN IF IT BECAME NECESSARY.

CAME OUT, GAVE ESTIMATE, STUCK TO IT AND DID THE JOB.

THE PERSONNEL SEEMED VERY POLITE AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

I ORIGINALLY CONTACTED THEM FOR TREE REMOVAL, AND THEY CAME 10/05/05 FOR THE ESTIMATE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO US IN 7 TO 10 DAYS TO PERFORM THE WORK. IT IS NOW THE 10/25/05, AND I HAVE YET TO HEAR ANYTHING. I HAVE CALLED, AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES, BUT STILL NO RESPONSE.

I CALLED ON THURS TO ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE AND THEY SCHEDULED FOR MON AT 9:30. AT 9:15 HE PULLED INTO DRIVEWAY, I SHOWED HIM WHAT I WANTED AND HE EXPLAINED WHICH BRANCHES I SHOULD HAVE DONE AND WHY. HE SAID THERE WAS A CREW CLOSE TO MY HOUSE AND HE WOULD GO SEE IF THEY COULD COME THAT DAY. I WENT TO WORK AND THE NEXT MORNING HE WAS BACK ASKING IF EVERYTHING WAS OKAY! WE WENT OUT TO LOOK, EVERYTHING WAS DOWN AND CLEANED PERFECTLY, I GAVE HIM A CHECK AND WE WERE DONE! THAT REALLY WAS A PAINLESS WAY TO HAVE WORK DONE.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND CLEANED UP WELL. WE WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN.

VERY EFFICIENT, QUICK, AND THOROUGH. RESPONSIVE AFTER ICE STORM WHEN SUCH SERVICES WERE IN VERY HIGH DEMAND. CAME OUT AS SOON AS THEY COULD. VERY REASONABLY PRICED FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK. SEEMED TO GIVE GOOD ADVICE.

THE ESTIMATOR WAS TIMELY AND PROVIDED A PROFESSIONAL (PRINTED) ESTIMATE ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD BEFORE LEAVING. THE ESTIMATOR SEPARATED THE ESTIMATE INTO 2 DOCUMENTS, 1 FOR WHAT I REQUESTED AND 1 FOR HIS OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS. AS SUCH, I HAD AN EASY TIME ORDERING THE SERVICES THAT I REQUESTED AND NOT HAVING TO EXPLAIN WHAT I WANTED INCLUDED/EXCLUDED. THE TEAM SHOWED UP PROMPTLY ON TIME, DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB. THE TEAM WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND PERFORMED A THOROUGH CLEAN UP UPON COMPLETION. OVERALL, A VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE THAT I WOULD HIRE AGAIN.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

I HAVE USED THEM A COUPLE OF TIMES NOW. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO.

SCHEDULED ESTIMATE SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE APPOINTMENT. RECEIVED PHONE CALL A SHORT TIME BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT AND THEY STATED THAT THEY DO NOT COME OUT TO MY AREA. THEY ARE LISTED AS SERVING ALL OF CENTRAL OHIO. I AM ONLY 10 MILES FROM THEIR LOCATION. THIS CAUSED ME A LOT OF WASTED TIME, SINCE I WANTED TO BE PRESENT FOR THE ESTIMATE AND ARRANGED MY SCHEDULE SO THAT I COULD BE THERE. I DEFIANTLY FELT I WAS RECEIVING THE RUN AROUND. THEN I WAS ASKED TO CALL BACK AT 5 PM TO SPEAK WITH MR HOWELL AND THE PHONES WERE SET TO THE ANSWERING MACHINE AT THIS TIME. AT FIRST I WANTED A RECOMMENDATION FOR ANOTHER ARBORIST, BUT NOW, I HONESTLY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

DENIS HOWELL WAS EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. I CALLED ON MONDAY MORNING FOR ESTIMATE. I REC'D A CALL BACK THAT DAY FOR A THURSDAY APPT. ON THURSDAY, DENIS CAME OUT AND GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE. HE SAID HE COULD CUT DOWN THE TREE THAT AFTERNOON. HE WANTED TO GET TO IT RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE THE TREE HAD FALLEN IN OUR YARD AND HE WAS CONCERNED THAT OUR GRASS WAS GOING TO DIE. THE TREE WAS CUT DOWN THAT AFTERNOON. ON FRIDAY, DENIS RETURNED TO GRIND THE STUMP. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.
