Description of Work: They performed nothing. I called to schedule an appt for an estimate to look at a tree damaged in the recent windstorm. They scheduled multiple appointments with me and didn't show. I understand that they were overwhelmed with the amount of tree damage around town however, if you make an appointment or a promise, you need to show. I would have been fine with them telling me they weren't sure when they would get to me but I am not OK with over promising and not delivering. I called their competitors after 3 weeks of the run around and the competition came out the next day for an estimate.

Description of Work: TRIMMED ONE LARGE ASH AND ELEVATED THE LIMBS, TRIMMED ONE WEEPING CHERRY OFF THE SIDE OF OUR GARAGE. THE FIRST TIME I CALLED (IN THE WINTER) THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE RIGHT AWAY, CAME OVER WITHIN A DAY FOR AN ESTIMATE, AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. I WAS TOLD TO CALL WHEN MY ASH LEAFED OUT FOR THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED. I CALLED AT THE END OF APRIL AND GOT NO RESPONSE. I FAXED MY ACCEPTANCE OF THE ESTIMATE WITH A NOTE OF WHEN AND WHERE TO REACH ME, AND NEVER GOT A RESPONSE UNTIL (ONE WEEK LATER). I ARRIVED HOME FROM WORK TO FIND MY TREES TRIMMED AND A MESSAGE ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE THAT THEY WANTED TO BE PAID THE NEXT DAY. I THINK THAT IT WOULD BE COMMON COURTESY TO HAVE CALLED ME AND ASKED IF THIS DATE WAS ACCEPTABLE. I WAS HAVING MY DRIVEWAY RESURFACED THAT DAY, SO I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN A DIFFERENT DAY. THEY DID A DECENT JOB (THE WEEPING CHERRY LOOKS ODD) AND CLEANED UP ALL THEIR DEBRIS. I MIGHT USE THEM AGAIN, BUT ASK FOR CONFIRMATION OF THEIR ARRIVAL DATE.
