Description of Work: Came to my home in Fall 2010 to talk with me about replacing my lawn and installing irrigation equipment in the spring. Gave me a quote of what it might run based on size of yard etc. I completed home expansion project on June, installed electric for the irrigation system and called them to arrange for the installation and new lawn. They asked for landscaping plans which I provided and I had to make follow up phone calls to get a quote. When the quote came it was twice what it was - when I called to check on this especially since my yard was not considerable smaller they told me they had a new man prepare the quote that had not come out to my home so they would review it and get back to me. I did not hear back and was eventually told they did not do residential- after they had been to my home at least three times. I was left trying to find another company - and was successful in having the lawn replaced.
