I found and purchased the W/D online at an excellent price. Purchase was Saturday, products were delivered on Monday - on time, no issues, set up properly. This was THE most seamless and painless appliance purchase I've ever made.

They did a great job installing our appliances and a great sales experience

The sales person was very attentive. They had the double oven range I wanted, but not in the right color, so the sales man looked online and located the same model in the color I wanted and let me know it could still be delivered the next day. I also got a very good deal on a 5 year warranty, which I normally wouldn't buy, but for the price I was offered, I was quite happy to buy. The delivery was scheduled for the next day, and as they promised, I got a call that evening letting me know a 3 hour delivery window for the next day. 40 minutes before they arrived, they called to let me know they were coming, and they were right on time. They removed my old oven, and installed my new one quickly but carefully and even made sure everything was level before leaving. I will consider them again for any future appliance purchases.

Hhgregg had a really good selection. The staff knew what they were talking about. I really did not need a lot of advice. I would highly recommend them. I will use them again if needed.

I bought my dishwasher prior week, asked specifically for morning delivery and installation since I must leave for work at 12:30 pm, was willing to leave for work a little later if they could only deliver at 12N. Was told I would have to wait for Thursday to get delivery/install from 8am-12pm, which I agreed to No call received night before, leaving me to wonder if they would even show up.. The day of delivery a young lady from the delivery company called me at 11:15 am to tell me that the technician was running late and would be there after 12N, but could not specifically tell me how much after 12 N. I explained to her, as I did to the salesman who sold me the dishwasher at hh gregg, that I had to leave for work at 12:30, and had been told that I would receive delivery prior to 12N, also said this on my invoice. Since that was obviously not going to happen, I was then told that I could not have delivery on the 2 days after that, even though I did not receive delivery on the date I was promised. I had gone into the hh gregg store where I bought the dishwasher (Sawmill Rd in Columbus Ohio) and spent an hour explaining this dilemma to both the salesman and store manager, who after many phone calls assured me that I would be first on list for delivery following Tuesday morning. Lo and behold, I got a message Monday evening telling me delivery would occur between 12N-3 pm. I called back and explained situation, telling them that I had been assured delivery and installation before 12N. The gentleman was polite but said he did not know anything about that, and told me he would have to re-route his technician to be able to accomplish this. He made several phone calls and called me back saying I would get delivery and install before 12N. When the technician arrived was  competent but in no uncertain terms let me know that I had really inconvenienced him and messed up his entire day by insisting that I received what I was told I would get at the time I paid &1000 for dishwasher.  HH GREEG WHY ARE YOU PROMISING WHAT CANNOT BE DONE? IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A.M INSTALLATION WHEN YOU LIVE IN DELAWARE OHIO? TECHNICIAN SAYS YES.

They were great, and they had the washer and dryer here the next day. My experience has been that sometimes I get a good salesman and sometimes I don’t. This time around, the salesman was very nice, and he gave me a discount. The price was good compared to what I had paid for my previous machine. The quality of work was good too. The delivery and installation was great; they were in and out in no time. I would rate them highly.

First time, it was not that hot. The dishwasher was falling out of the hole, where they put in; but they came back. They were very prompt in coming back and fixing it. They did it right for the second time; so I was very pleased with them. The price was good. They came right back. I was impressed with, who they sent out here.

We did our research before we actual purchase. They had a reasonable price. HH Greg was able to deliver the next day. They were very responsive in terms of delivery time. The delivery guys were good. They have a pretty wide range of products. The sales people were very strong and knowledgeable.

I also bought an entertainment center and cables, a wall mount, and a warranty for the TV. The sales person was good, courteous, and nice. His name was Dave Shiplett. He made sure to offer me something to drink. It cost $269.99 to install the flat panel TV on the wall, which will be done by factory service technicians. It was $152 for the A/V hookup and entertainment center. A five year warranty on the entertainment center was $119.99. The five year flat panel warranty was $449.99. The guy who came to install this was courteous, but forgot he had to hook up my VCR. I thought he did a good job and his service was good. He showed me how to work the set and how to switch it back and forth between the VCR.

I've had no problems with them. They were very personable and willing to help. They went beyond trying to help you make a decision. The refrigerator has worked great and I haven't had to have any service done.

We weren’t very happy with the service provided by them. We had to have the electrical line ready, the water line ready and the cabinets ready. Only then did they install the oven. They didn’t have the filter and they didn’t tell us anything about the filter either. They sent a guy to check if the area was okay, before the oven was delivered. He said it was okay, when it was not okay. So, after the oven and other appliances were put in, we had to take them out and redo the entire thing. The appliances were heavy. They told us that they couldn’t explain the things about the oven and refrigerator as they weren’t trained on them. We had to read everything about the appliances. They just wanted to install the appliances and get out. They didn’t know how to work with the appliances. We thought they should’ve known more about it, especially after paying $12000. We had to do research on the appliances and we had to call the appliance company. We also made a complaint against HH Gregg, but we are yet to receive any response from their end. They were punctual, though. They were professional, except for the fact that they didn’t know much about the appliances. We like the appliances, so, we may probably use them again.

They were great. The delivery people were especially helpful. The sales people were wonderful as well.

We liked that the unit that we bought was almost half price. It did have a scratch on the side, but that is hidden by our cabinets. The guys that they sent to deliver it were hard working and pleasant. They have a big variety to choose from.

They had a great sale going on for TVs. I heard from a friend that they will haggle with you a bit, so when I saw they had a model I was interested in for a good price, I went in and hoped to get a good deal. The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, but buying a TV there was like buying a car. We sat down and we started to discuss price. He talked extensively about their service contract for TVs. He went to talk with his manager. He came back with an offer. They offered me a discount if I would by one of their service contracts. I said I wasn't interested and was thinking I should wait a month or so for Black Friday to get a deal on a TV. He went to his manager again. They offered me the discount without buying the service contract. It was still out of the range I was hoping for, so I was about to leave and they brought the price down a little more. He even gave me the 'What can I do to earn your business today?' line. I finally decided to go with it. They already had the best price in town on this TV (and online) and they dropped the price even more. They also gave me a guarantee that if any store drops the price of the same model TV until Black Friday, they will match the price plus give me 10% of the difference. They normally do this anyway for 30 days, but they extended it for me because Black Friday was five weeks away. I was pleased to get a very highly rated TV for a great price and a little peace of mind in case a better deal comes along soon. They have a shorter return policy - only 10 days - but don't charge you a restocking fee if you take the TV back after you open the box (with some restrictions that are reasonable). I don't mind haggling and would go back again.

I need a new fridge and I'll shop here first.

It went ok. They have a lot of scratch and dent. We were going to have one of those brought in, but when they brought it there was more damage done to it then we saw in the store. We were able to get a brand new one at the same price.

I felt the experience was very good.

I just think that their sales staff and managers lack knowledge and were very incompetent. I'll never buy anything from HH Gregg again.

TV is a Olevia, 26" LCD model #LT26HVE, purchase on Dec 15, '05. Problems began in early Dec '06. TV would go off and not come back on for hours. The TV stopped working completely Dec 19 '06. Gregg on Sawmill was called Dec 22. We were told to call ElectraSound; we did. Their recording said that they could not be back until 26th. I called them that day. They said that they did not work on Olevia TV and said "good luck". I called the Sawmill store again and was told that they would charge me $59 to look at the TV since the TV was NOW out of warranty (I have notes; copy can be supplied). I strongly feel that Gregg on Sawmill gave me the run around or did not want to deal with me. I then mailed a letter to the CEO of the company, Gerald Throgmartin sent on Jan 11 '07; rec Jan 16 '07 (copy can be supplied). I have not had a reply. I want the TV fixed by Gregg as if the TV was still in warranty. I should not be penalized for their inefficiency.

I will never purchase anything from HH Gregg again. We have spent thousands of dollars over the years in this store. I am so upset with the deceptive and immoral financing plan they use. They charge you a specified amount each month and don't warn you when the plan is to end. We ended up having to pay $830.25 finance charge on a $1600 refrigerator. We had the money to purchase the product when we bought it but were encouraged to do the finance plan. I was led to believe that I was paying the refrigerator off monthly but was really only being charged an amount that would make me short in the end so they could charge me an astronomical finance charge. I have a college education and have done many financing plans in the past, this has been the only one that I have not paid off in time due to their deceptiveness.

The refrigerator was not leveled, & as a result the freezer door would not stay shut. After much argument, arrangements were made for repair. The repair was not done. The story is very long & involved, but in the end I returned the refrigerator & I will never ever under any circumstances even consider the possibility of purchasing anything from H H Gregg again.

The salesman was very cooperative and willing to spend some time with us. We did not know the model we wanted. Original order required a minor adjustment which was taken care of in a timely manner. The delivery was scheduled two weeks in advance and came off without a hitch. I would like a more defined time frame. The delivery men were nice and even were willing to ''walk'' the refrigerator into place. I did not know this was even a possibility. Minor damage to an accessory part occurred during delivery. This was taken care of in short order after contact with my salesman. The price I paid for this refrigerator seemed like a good one.
