Upon arrival the provider noticed that our windshield was a heated windshield. He called around to find us one and went to pick it right away. He returned and got it replaced in no time. He went above and beyond what he had to do and I greatly appreciate it.

They are courteous and have a commitment to doing an excellent job for their customers. This is a family owned business and they stand behind their work. We need more trustworthy businesses like theirs. This was a breath of fresh air. It was so good to deal with a local, family owned company that takes pride in their work.

I called on Friday and they scheuled me for the next Monday at 10:30am. I wanted to go to them, Parson's Ave. in Columbus because they had heated indoor bays, and I knew that the urethane cures better when it's warmer. The price was exactly what they quoted over the phone. They said it would take 2-3 hours, I was done in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Their quoted price was $177, Safelight wanted $233. Harrs installed a PPG OEM glass, versus Safelight's OEE substandard glass. All in all this was a great experience. The staff was friendly and expedient. They were recommended by my local Honda dealer and they were totally worth it. Highly recommend. They said what they were going to do, and then they came off even better than stated. GREAT experience! Every staff person I spoke with was knowledgeable about the service, products and processes needed to complete the replacement at an "exceeds expectations" level. Prior to going to Harrs I had the unfortunate experience of working with another company whose employees were overly scripted and inflexible. You simply won't go wrong with Harrs and you will be supporting a family owned, local business rather than a corporation that has only one goal...the bottom line.

The experience was pretty good. The gentleman called about 25 minutes before he came, and was done within an hour. I give them A's across the board.

I noticed I had a small (but growing) leak along the top edge of my windshield which had been replaced years ago in my 2000 Toyota 4 Runner. I dug through my receipts and found out that the job had been done by Harrs in November 2001, almost 10 years ago. I took my truck back to Harrs and they removed and re-installed the windshield with no charge. I was ready to pay as the original install was so long ago but there was no question that they would cover it under their warranty. I felt like Jack Benny in the old Midas Muffler commercial......thank you to the folks at Harrs!

The lady answering the phone was great very friendly and helpful. There were come kinks in scheduling some of which were my fault. Overall the experience was good and the work was great.

They repaired and replaced the front windshield and the back windshield. They replaced it in our driveway with their mobile service and took them maybe only two hours. They also filled a dig from a fallen rock off of his front windshield. They can barely see where the edge is. They completely covered it. They are great with insurance. The owner even came out personally to inspect the job and followed up two or three weeks out. They have a one hundred percent guarantee on the work. My husband thinks they excellent.

I went and picked up the glass, had a few words with the owner; nice guy! Paid for the glass and he told me if I had any problems putting it in let him know. Definitely would buy again if I ever need. Well recommended.

Overall was a good experience. They initially ordered wrong part, since my car had 2 different windshields manufactured in same year. Once they realized it was the wrong one, they re-ordered the other one and promptly came out the next day to install.

I called the first five companies on the List for quotes. The prices were more or less comparable. I chose this company because Ida, the company rep, was the most personable and helpful over the phone. The very next morning, as scheduled, Danny came to my home, repaired my windshield with efficiency and answered the numerous questions I had about the process. He was patient, explained everything, was meticulous and organized. He cleaned everything. This is one of the best services I've ever had and called the company immediately to express my gratitude. I have not had any problems with my replaced windshield. I would like to nominate the company for the pages of happiness.

They did nice work - missed original appointment, and I had to contact they to see why - they claimed my phone number was not working, but I had no trouble calling them from it when they missed the appointment.

Excellent work. Rapid response. The repair man took care to see the glass fit well in the door frame. This is a much needed service when it is very difficult to take the car to a repair station. I would recommend the service. The cost was below my insurance deductible so I was pleased with the price.
