Frog Hauling Dumpster Rental

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. DO NOT USE Frog Hauling in Columbus, Oh!!! EXPECT FRAUD AND DECEPTION EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERCHARGE FOR THIER LACK OF INVENTORY. I called Frog Hauling in Columbus to order 2 - 20' dumpsters. I spoke with Pat who informed me they did not have any in stock. He said he would try to get 1 if not they would send a 16' and "just let him know if this wouldn't be enough and he would dump it and get me a new one. He pretended to be polite and accommodating. They delivered 2 -10' dumpsters instead of the 16' promised. When I call Pat of Frog Hauling Columbus back, he was rude and condescending. He cut me of immediately and told me I would have to pay an additional $304 per dumpster. After several attempts to reason with him I simply asked if he was willing to do anything to correct this and he simply said, "absolutely not." froghauling.com and Pat from frog hauling Columbus should not be trusted.

The front office was professional and helpful. Pricing was fair. The two drivers were excellent - courteous, thorough and skilled in getting in and out of a tight spot. I would highly recommend and use them again.

Delivered and picked up on time as scheduled. No hassles.

Great, job. Was finished in less than the week and they came and picked up the dumpster. They also tried to get the dumpster off to the side so we could get into the garage.

Was NOT informed that I could not use a check from my father's Estate Account (I was emptying his house). When I asked if the Card I used to - I thought - RESERVE the dumpster could be credited, I was told "Oh, we don't take checks." NOWHERE on the website does it say that. Customer Service and Relations is severely lacking at this establishment!

Driver placed plywood skid strips under the wheels of the dumpster so it wasn't resting directly on my driveway. They were timely, professional and friendly. We used a 30 cu yd dumpster with hinged doors on one end for ease in loading. Walked the items right in, no lifting heavy stuff over the side! The standard length of time you have before pick-up is one full week. I had mine delivered on Monday, picked up the following Tuesday.

They hauled away whatever was in the dumpster, but they didn’t hauled any other things. They came and tried to pick it up in seven days, didn’t warned me ahead of time and then charged me for extra days. They charged me extra $50 because their guy came to pick it up, but they didn’t tell me they were picking it up. He said we pick it up in seven days and that we told you that we will pick it up on this day.

Was cleaning out my basement and garage and used Frog Hauling to rent a dumpster for 3 days.  While they cost slightly more than other providers, the dumpster gate was easy so I had trouble free access without straining when filling the dumpster (I am a short person) and no climbing up with loads.  Dumpster was in great condition.  The employees were on time and courteous during the drop off and pick up.  I called to move up the pick up time and Frog Hauling was able to accommodate my request without any issues.

Easy to reach. Easy to get an appointment. Dropped off when scheduled, Picked up when scheduled. Patient when we overfilled it the second time. We've used them multiple times and will be calling them again soon.

On time delivery.  Driver was very careful to put in correct location and that protection lumber was used to keep off driveway.

Everything went fine. I would use them again.

Great service.  They dropped off the dumpster on the day and time they said they would and picked in up on schedule, too.  The cost included having the dumpster for one week.  The dumpster was new-ish and in good condition.

Everything went fine according to the agreement. It's a little pricier than driving a pickup to the dump, but is much cheaper than the bags from Waste Management.

Not much to say here... they drop off dumpsters and haul away your crap. There are cheaper haulers, but I find them to always be somewhat sketch. Frog professionals, punctual, maybe cost a few bucks more, but there is a lot less hassle. I have probably rented from them 4 or 5 times if that gives you an idea. Happy camper.

Went great.  Very punctual on both ends of the operation, good equipment, decent price.  What more can I say -- it was a dumpster...
