"I have absolutely no idea what this is about."
"Upon arriving at the clients home it was determined that the laptop had either a failed inverter board or a failed LCD screen as the screen was blank. I gave the client 2 quotes as I still needed to confirm the diagnosis in the shop. The laptop was disassembled and tested on Saturday morning and it was determined that it required a new inverter board. The inverter board (which was not returnable) was also ordered on Saturday. The client called on Monday morning to cancel. At this point I had to re-assemble the laptop and deliver it back to the client. As per the signed agreement, the customer was charged a canceled Shop Work Order charge of $46 which did not even cover the cost of the non-returnable part I ordered for the laptop nor the labor to disassemble, test and re-assemble the laptop."
"The client is correct that this repair took 3 weeks. The original part that was shipped to me was incorrect and had to be replaced. Unfortunately there were no more in stock and the part was placed on back order and took another 2 weeks to arrive."
