Called them Tuesday for an air conditioner check up, been a little worried since we run our air conditioner 24/7... said they would be here between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, they showed up at 9:50.  Very polite young man took apart, checked out and cleaned my air conditioner, informed me that I was a little  low on freeon, informed me of the cost, then filled it for me.  No pressure to buy or service anything else... which was nice .   Prompt, friendly and professional.   I will use this company again and would highly recommend th

Great service at a very fair price. Work was performed on A/C over the weekend. Pickerington Heating and Cooling has a new loyal customer.

These guys did what they said they would. When they said they would. For the price we agreed on. And they put a shot of gas in my old leaking system to keep us cool until the new system was installed. The were friendly, professional, and local to my area. I will definitly use them again.

I felt that the price was very good. This was the first time I have used the company, and I would use them again. They were able to service the system very quickly on short notice. They are pretty available. Their customer service was good. They were thorough in the inspection.

Install completed within 2 business days of placing the order and completed in 1 day. Everyone was professional, respectful of our home, explained the purchase and how everything worked upon completion of the install. Very happy with purchase so far. No pressure sales/repair person.

Nothing necessarily stood out. There was nothing bad, they were punctual and friendly. They seemed to do good work and I don't have any complaints about it. I thought they did a real nice job and I thought they were pretty excellent.

Our air conditioning unit gave out. The technician was prompt in coming out, gave a fair assessment of our needs and very competative price for replacement. Service was completed quickly and on time. We are very pleased.

I have had this company inspect our furnace and air conditioner every season for the past several years. They are reliable and professional.

Bret who took care of everything was wonderful. He was constantly checking with us on times, problems or questions that we may have had. He wanted us to call him if there were any problems after they put the furnace and heat pump in. He said to call him back just to let him know how things are going in a couple of weeks. In January, 2010 our heat pump started being very loud when it came on. We specifically asked for a QUIET heat pump. It continued to be loud so I called Bret back. He immediately took care of everything. He just went ahead and ordered a new heat pump and was going to replace the other one. There was delays from the company that they were getting it from. So he sent out a couple of his people to do what they can until the new one replace it. They tried everything. In the end, the new one came in and it was put in. Since then we have had NO PROBLEMS what so ever! GREAT SERVICE. In fact, this one is even more quiet than the last one. Bret called and checked with me on how it was going again. I would recommend them in a heart beat!

They have done an excellent job for us. Very satisfied with them. They are very polite and clean up there mess. There price is reasonable. They talk to you to make sure you are satisfied.

BRETT MORRIS WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY INITIAL CALL IN PROVIDING A BALLPARK ESTIMATE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION. HE ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY, RIGHT ON TIME, TO INSPECT THE OLD EQUIPMENT, AND PROVIDED A VERY COMPETITIVE OFFER. HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I'M HAVING THE HARDEST TIME MAKING UP MY MIND ON THIS COMPANY. PRICE SEEMS HIGH, THOUGH I DON'T HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE HERE. SOME TECHS GOOD, SOME TOO TALKATIVE AND I FEEL I'M BEING CHARGED FOR THAT TIME. SOME TECHS ARE NOT CAREFUL AROUND MY HOME, BUMPING OR TRAMPLING. WOULD I HAVE THEM OUT AGAIN? YES, BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTY.

MEMBER THOUGHT WORK WAS GOOD. NOT PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE KEPT HAVING TO CALL THEM BACK TO RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS THAT THEY CANCELLED.

FIXED HEATING UNIT-JUST EXCELLENT! SON CAME OUT SAT. A.M.-NO HASTLES & IT WAS COLD! DIDN'T HAVE PART, FIXED FOR WEEKEND AND RETURNED MON. TO FIX
