Last year I had a fire in my fireplace. Fireplace Pros just put a liner in so my wife and I can enjoy fires again. The crew was here for pretty much a full day. They did a great job and they took the time to explain the process and things I could do going forward to safely break in the new liner. We had our first fire earlier this week. We are very happy with the work Fireplace Pros performed.

I had an excellent experience with Fireplace Pros, and I highly recommend them! Patrick, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of our options for both our gas and wood-burning fireplaces. Our fireplaces were in bad shape and not up to code, and we were concerned about the potential cost. Patrick was able to offer us a much more affordable alternative, which included a thorough cleaning for just $600 — a significant savings compared to what we were expecting. Additionally, we had an old vintage gas heater that we didn't feel safe using, but Patrick was able to get it working again during the initial inspection. The inspection fee was just over $200, which felt very reasonable for the amount of work and expertise he provided. Mary, who handled our appointment scheduling, was also a huge help. She was prompt, professional, and made sure we were booked at the earliest available time. Overall, the team at Fireplace Pros saved us both time and money, and we’re incredibly grateful for their service. If you need fireplace help, this is the company to call!

After having Jerry come out for a cleaning and inspection, I learned that the firebox and chimney required some repairs before the fireplace could be used safely as a result of water damage. A subsequent visit revealed that it had even worse structural issues than originally thought, and we decided to convert to an electric fireplace to avoid the higher costs of restoring it. Kevin and Tyson arrived on time, provided friendly service and completed the installation in a professional manner. The one area I think could stand improvement is communication with the homeowner when questions arise about estimates, fireplace products, etc. But I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

I just bought a 35yr old house that was well built and well maintained. Given the age however I wanted to be sure there were not hidden problems. So I had the chimney cleaned and inspected. There were minor age related issues with mortar in the flu, old caps, roof flashing, brickwork that need pointing, etc. Fireplace Pros performed the inspection then returned in a couple weeks and fixed all the problems in a day. Should be good for another 35 years. They were professional, prompt, and personable. I highly recommend them

Have been using Fireplace Pros for 3 or 4 years now to clean my woodburning fireplace. They do a great job cleaning the inside. They also clean up really well and inspect the outside of the fireplace. They are very professional, courteous, friendly, and respectful of the property. I will continue to use them in the years ahead.

I hired this company to clean my gas logs. I spent over $250 and am still having trouble with them. My logs light, but after 15 mins start to smell like they are burning and then shut themselves off. This problem has gotten worse since they were here. I have contacted them multiple times to have them come back out to look and they will not return my call. I will not hire this company again. Update as of 12/20/2022 Update to my review: after talking with the company they have made things right with me. Their customer service was quick to respond to my review. Seems there was some technology issues at play screwed up the callbacks.

They guarantee their work which is great, but it's very difficult to get ahold of somebody when there are issues that need to be corrected. I have been working with this company on/off for over a year trying to fix issues with water entering our chimney and it still hasn't been fully corrected. A different tech comes out almost every visit which makes the process difficult.

Patrick the service technician did a great job. This young man was knowledgeable; courteous, and very professional. He explained to us what the issue was that was preventing our fireplace to stay on. He also showed us a dead spider on the part causing the issue. I would highly recommend this company. Also the price that was quoted to us over the phone was the exact amount that was charged I would use them again if needed.
