Amber and Chris came out to measure and gave excellent ideas on how to rework our kitchen. They were prompt in their follow-up with the 3D drawings and met us at the cabinet shop to go over options and the total overall renovation cost. We opted to wait to do the renovation as the cost was more than we had planned on. However, I would totally recommend them as they are very professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and I have no doubt they would do an excellent renovation.

They came out, they measured everything, and came up with the design, and after that we moved. We didn't even go in to look at the design. They were great.

There were no troubles with scheduling or any additional fees beyond the cost of the deal. He spent about an hour on the consultation. After coming, he got the plans back to me within about five days. The plans were just fine and detailed. However, I did not contract with him do the work. He was very nice, but he did smell strongly of cigarettes. Everything worked out fine.

It went fine—the person I worked with was very helpful.

Excellent job from start to finish. Excellent people to deal with (from workers to owner). Finished product was our ultimate dream ! Would definitely use again.

I bought their Big Deal; it went well. I would not use them again because their punctuality was terrible.

The work turned out fine.

It turned out very well. They came in, measured and talked to us about what kind of things we would like for remodel and then came up with 3D drawings of what the kitchen would look like and what that would run us. So it was pretty much as described in the big deal. The customer service was good. He was very upfront with us about what would be involved in the remodel. He was definitely not a sales pitch kind of guy, just very matter of fact and very genuine. What I liked the least about the experience was that they're extremely busy.

It went well. The team was very professional and dedicated to doing a quality job. Even though the work took a little longer than the original estimate, it was significantly less than our two kitchen remodels in two previous houses. Each worker left the work area clean and safe every day. We loved the results and thought the ideas and designs were perfect.

It didn't. After not hearing back from the provider in a little less than 3 months, I contacted the office asking about the plans. Within a week, I received a check for the amount I paid for the deal on AL and a letter stating how sorry he was he couldn't help. With the budget I gave, which he was told was somewhat flexible, and my desired fixes, which he was also told were flexible if it wasn't possible, he said he could't do the plans. I appreciate they refunded my money, but was very frustrated at how quickly they discarded my remodel after having 3 months to work on it.  I have since had someone else come in and do exactly what he said he couldn't, so I know it is possible. This was very frustrating experience.

The estimate was way too high compared to other service providers.

I got the impression that our budget was too small for her interest. She did a good job taking measurements of the bathroom, but did the bare minimum as far as drafting remodeling plans. My husband and I met her in the showroom, but decided not to pursue a project.

So far, so good. We have had to reschedule a couple times, but so far they have been excellent. They have been very accomidationg to my unplanned issues.

Robert has been great to work with. He has been very attentive and quick to respond. Even though he talks about how busy he is, he makes an effort to get back to you in a timely matter. So far we have not pulled the trigger on the project but it is not because of Robert or his company, we are just trying to figure out what we want to do. We look forward to working with Robert further after the design is complete.

The team assigned to this project did a great job. They arrived as agreed and cleaned up everyday before leaving. Robert and his employees did everything to make this a good experience.

Beginning to end was a very good experience.  We love our new bathroom. All went according to plan. The team was experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. We would not change a thing.  The next phase was to meet and pick out fixtures, tile, etc. That was easy to schedule and went smoothly.  He knows the suppliers and the materials very well.

The designer was pleasant and professional.  However, it took them nearly 5 months to get back to me after emailing them numerous times, and their estimate was extremely high.  In addition, I never received the 3D designs.

The visit went fine.  The results were extremely disappointing.
I had already done a lot of the basic work, so I knew what I wanted.  I was promised a design drawing. From the Deal itself:

All we got was a picture generated by some software that showed what the bathroom could look like.  With very high end fixtures and options (the exact opposite of what we asked for in a BASEMENT BATHROOM).  Without any real plans.  It was a picture, no dimensions or anything really meaningful.
I could have done the same thing myself on the big blue hardware store's website.  They have a free tool that produces results as good as what they gave me.
Actually, better.
Because then I would get what I asked for in fixtures and whatnot.  We never used the second deal because it was obviously a rip off.

The guy from the company came out when he said that he would and did the work that he promised he would do as far as measuring and coming up with a design, however, we have not acted any further on that because other issues came up. We would probably not use the design that he came up with because we were not all that happy with it and his price seemed a little high for the work that he wanted to do. We would probably be shopping around for a better deal. But as far as what we paid for him to do, we were satisfied with that. He was pleasant and he seemed to be knowledgeable. As far as we were concerned, the value that we got for the $49 was what we expected so we were fine with it. There was not anything awesome. We are not really sure at this point if we are going to use them until we look at some other companies because we really do not have any basis for comparison at this point.

Still a work in progress.   We have met with Chris Smith twice to develop potential remodel of bathroom.   Chris has been very responsive to our needs and very helpful.   We are in the stage of deciding what parts of the proposal we want to move forward with.

This is a family owned business.  I met with approximately 6 remodeling companies before selecting Robert's company.  I chose Robert because from the moment we met, he seemed very honest and forthright. He listened intently to  what we wanted and worked hard to deliver everything we wanted, while staying within our budget.  Janet, Robert's wife is delightful to work with, as well.  SHe was helpful in the selection of materials process and she was very responsive with any questions/ concerns we had.  The work crew was professional, responsive and very tidy.  They cleaned up after themselves every day and worked hard to limit any inconvenience.  Their carpentry work was excellent.  They worked hard to resolve any problems that arose. Both Robert and the work crew had great suggestions that I would have never occurred to me.  

The final product (our new kitchen, bathroom and floors) are gorgeous!  We are so pleased. In fact, we have now hired Elite to do our Master Bathroom remodel and custom cabinets in the master bedroom.  We are looking forward to this project!  

I will use them when we do remodel our kitchen.

We have not completed our job yet. We had an initial meeting. He was good, very professional, had some suggestions, and willing to work with me. He came in October often, my daughter ended up having surgery at the end of October and I really have not been able to do anything since then. I have been back and forced to her home in October, so, he has not done anything more. He came but I hire what the deal was, for he would come and get me a diagram of remodeling a bathroom and he actually has not even done that yet. We cost ever I explain my situation, he said, fine, when you are home, I know you are going to be there for a while. I will come back with a work up of I would propose to do to the bathroom, so, that is where we work. He was willing to put off coming he said he would deduct any cost of what I have paid for the $55, he said. There is an agreement. I do not have to pay for right in front of me at some sort of the discount. It was the worst performed within a certain time frank. But he said, due to my circumstances, he would way back and we were able to get the work schedule, he would honor that discount.

I'm still working with them. So I can't give a full report on their services.
