First contact on phone was very pleasant. I needed carpets cleaned in two homes, one we were buying and the one we were selling. Very friendly and informative on phone. Answered all my questions and very helpful. The day we had the new house clean the guy arrived promptly when they said they would, very pleasant and efficent. The 2nd house was the same. He also asked how the carpets turned out in the new house and when told there was a stain that was still visible(left by the previous owner) he offered to return to the new house and try to work on the area again for us at no charge.

The process went great.  Willie arrived about 10 minutes early, scouted out the job and promptly got to work.  He pretreated the more heavily soiled areas, steam cleaned the carpet and applied the stain blocking spray.   The carpet looked great when he finished.  
We were very happy with the quality of the work and with the professionalism of the tech.   We would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.

Great service and professionalism.  I would definitely use them again  and recommend them to anyone.  The associate showed up on time and was polite and professional.   Cleaned all that was requested and treated the hard spots with great results.

Finally.....an honest carpet cleaner.  He looked at the carpets and described the extent of the pet damage peeing and discouraged me from cleaning the carpets because it would be a waste of money and suggested a refund.  He found only 2 rooms that would be marginally cleanable and suggested that, in his experience, he would tear up all the carpets and treat the underlying floor before proceeding with any new floor covering.  He was so helpful and described how to use 1 cup of bleach per gallon of water to wash over the pet stains and kill bacteria and then roll Kills over the dried spot to keep odors sealed in so future pets would not smell them and find the need to "mark their territory" again.  He was more concerned about doing what was best for me then lining his pockets with cash.  Absolutely use this carpet cleaner!!

I had really bad pet stains and had never had the carpets cleaned since I moved in a year ago. So I wasn't sure how they would turn out. Willy was very professional, on time and honest about the fact that he wasn't sure some of the stains would. He told me he wouldn't do the Scotchguard until we were sure the stains came out. The carpets came out beautifully!  He worked very hard, and was pleasant to talk to. He was also very careful about my walls and hardwood floors. I will use this company again!

Our service provider was excellent and professional. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy and they arrived on time and had the job done within an hour, couldn't have expected better service and will use them again.
