Drain Connection

Angie's List worked again. I chose Drain Connection based on the reviews, and the reviews were right. This is a good company to work with. We have a couple of downspouts/drain pipes that were not draining to the street. Andy snaked one of the lines and cleared it of lots of debris. After that, water flowed perfectly from the downspout to the street. He figured out the other line drained to a different hole in the curb and that's why it appeared it wasn't draining properly. He also looked at a couple of other drainage issues we're having and gave us very reasonable solutions to take care of them. Andy was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated his recommendations and the fact he didn't try to sell us on costly services that would require digging up parts of our yard. We will definitely call him again.

Just gonna make this short and sweet. If you want honesty, call Andy. I can only imagine his positive attitude and professionalism reflects itself in his work. Very happy to have stumbled on this number.
I will gladly call Andy for all my drainage solutions in the future.

Drain Connection did fine work cutting up the walkway, installing the drain, and re-concreting the walkway. Work was completely very quickly, and I appreciate the flexibility of changing the style of drain on my request once the job was in progress.
This is actually the second job for which I've hired Drain Connection. Last fall (2014) they installed a long, new drain line from our sump pump to the curb. The old line had become clogged with roots. They did a great job digging up the lawn, installing the line, and replacing the sod, all in one day. The cost was $1,500, which was MUCH lower than other quotes I received. The only downside was that the lawn is still (more than 7 months later) uneven all the way along the path to the curb. But the grass is growing--I just need to flatten it out somehow.
In both cases, the workers were friendly, hardworking people. 
One overall critique of the company: Because they are good at what they do and have a lot of great feedback here, they are often booked. You might need to be persistent to get in touch, schedule the project, and then actually have it done. But the price and level and professionalism is worth the wait.

The drain from my gutters and sump pump was pinched off by a large tree root and couldn't be cleared with roto-rooter. Drain Connection ran a new line away from the tree and connected it to the line from my house and solved the problem.

I had Drain Connection out two times to try and troubleshoot a plumbing problem.  They spent quite a bit of time with me trying to troubleshoot the problem because it wasn't obvious what it was.  I called other big name companies to come out and troubleshoot as well but they did very little and offered to try things but only for a price.  
It was determined that the toilet stack, floor drain and incorrect toilet seal needed replaced. Drain Connection replaced those things and also snaked the vent pipe as they had access to it when they removed the stack.  I no longer have drain issues!  The employees were very friendly and even sent me pictures of the pipe after they jackhammered my floor as I couldn't be home while they did it.  They cleaned up the work area when they were done.
I would definitely recommend Drain Connection for your plumbing needs!  I have already recommended them to a co-worker who needs to have his sewer line cleaned out.

They did the work quickly and well and at a lower price than other estimates we received.  They filled in the trench and covered it with sod that they had put aside and leveled the ground leaving the yard looking nice.

This went well.  The company was punctual and did a good job.  The site of excavation was restored nicely.  

Very prompt and efficient.  Excellent Company and I will be using them in the future if need be.

Called on a Friday since we noticed the connection for the sump pump had a hole and some of the water was draining back down. They came out on Monday and quickly fixed sump pump connection. While they were here I had them fix all the separations in the downspouts. Did a great job. Would recommend. Actually called a second company along with Drain Connection to get a quote and they told be to call Drain Connection even though they didn't know I had already called them.

They were good. They were great. They told me that I didn't need anything done to it. That was good. He called me and said that he was on his way. He was here exactly when he said he would be. He was neat and clean. When I called the number, it went to a recording. I left a message and someone from the company called me back within 10 to 15 minutes. That was good. As far as I know, the price was good. I felt that the people I talked to seemed reasonable. They weren't trying to sell me some huge package.

I purchased 2 new water efficient toilets and brought them home in my car. The plumber removed them from the trunk and unpacked them, carried them inside the house and installed. He checked them out and completed the job.

Called last Friday about a blockage in my downspout after being referred by Gutterworks Plus.
Scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. Arrived when they said they would.  They snaked out the downspout drains and pulled out a ton of sludge which was the root of the problem.  They charged $187.00 for both drains.

Andy and his crew did a great job. They did every thing that was quoted and a little more. The only way it could have been better is to do it for FREE. I would use them again for sure.
 

Efficient. Sod was saved. Lines work well now.
