Mark was great at fixing the motor instead of installing new opener. John did the complete removal of old door and everything to put in new door and all the track and moving parts. Everything was included in the price of the door saving me lots of money. Thanks

The repair team from Deluxe Door Systems was FANTASTIC! In short they were more concerned about doing what was right for me than I making the most money. I was having a problem when ever we had a power glitch the remote door openers would always stop working. I would have to climb up on the ladder and push the button on the opener to reset the remotes. When they came out, I explained the problem and asked if I needed a new opener, as this one was over 30 years old. They wanted to take a look first. They determined that the problem was with the 30-year-old electronics board that controlled the remotes. The system had not been made for years but they thought they might have the part. When they opened it up they found the gear was wearing out and would fail probably in about 6 months. At this point, I was sure I was going to have to get a new opener. Turns out they didn't have the electronics piece I needed. They were able to put in a new free-standing remote control unit, a new gear, new remotes and I was still over 200 dollars less than a new opener. The motor on my old unit was better than the motors on the new units. With repairs, my old unit would last longer than a new one! A new opener would have been a bigger sale but was not required. Anytime a tradesman is more concerned about what is best for me and not what is more money for them, I hang onto that team. And share with as many people as I can. As we were talking I found out that the company policy is if they have to come back because the customer is not happy, the technician has to go back on his own dime. He doesn't get paid a second time to go out and fix the same problem. It really incents them to make sure the customer is satisfied on the first trip. Chose Deluxe Door Systems and you will NOT be disappointed.

We were able to schedule a repair first thing the next morning. The two-person crew was very quick and finished with 30 minutes. They suggested that we replace the single spring with two springs to even out the tension on the door, something we didn't know was an option. Before leaving, they sprayed the bearings to that door with a silicone lubricant that we already had on hand. We were very happy with the quick response and will hire them again should the need arise.

John did a great job. Fast, thorough, and full of advice. Even detected that the problem with the previous spring breaking was worn out bearings, and replaced them. Really appreciated he put in a heavier duty spring, especially since we’ve had 2 break in 28 years. And this one has a lifetime warranty. All this for a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

They were punctual, the charge was provided on the examination , I accepted the estimate, the gentleman provide me his name made sure there was a sticker put on top of the door opener inside the house, neat and clean, the place was clean and so nice.

The tech called prior to his arrival, and he arrived when he said he would. He did great work, including a couple extra issues. He got it done quick and at a lower cost than I expected. Thank you.

Outstanding experience. Next day response to my request for quote. Installed a high quality 1/2 HP unit with a one-piece solid drive rail, wifi capability, updated safety sensors, a remote keypad and a total of four remotes for under $450. They were at least $200 less expensive than the other installers we contacted and there was no sacrifice in product quality, features or service. Installer was right on time and completed the job in two hours. Done right the first time at a great price. Nice! Would absolutely work with them again. Top notch.

John called 30 minutes before his arrival. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He tightened the springs and did a complete readjustment of the entire door mechanism as well as calibrating the opener. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his ability to adjust my door so it opened and closed smoothly. Will definitely use them again.

Sent E-mail on a Sunday night requesting door repair for the following Friday. Included description of the issue, when I was available, my name, address and phone number. Received E-mail back letting me know I was scheduled for Friday between 8-12. Tech will call to let me know he was on his way. They asked again for my address and phone number, Took a vacation day from work to meet the tech. At 12:03 I called and explained the issue and the person who answered my call found my account and informed there was no appointment on the schedule. She thought they could probably have someone out later the same day. PROBABLY. Sorry I waited all morning for them to no-show. Wasn't sitting around wasting a nice afternoon to see if they could PROBABLY show up. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never call again.

Great job. Ordered the door and they called me when it came in. Scheduled installation (didn’t need to be there), called to make sure I was satisfied and then emailed me the bill. Easy!

The two man crew showed up as promised and had two springs replaced in about 20 minutes. Very efficient and professional. I would use them again.

Mark and Billy came the next day after I called and not only replaced the small panel with a quality Lift Master unit, but they also troubleshooted and corrected the way the garage door opened. They detected a rattle as the door opened and readjusted the spring tension etc... They also advised me where and how to properly oil all the hinges and the main center spring 4 times a year. I am very pleased with them and their work. The price was also very reasonable.

Great! I called Deluxe Door Systems in the afternoon told them the problem and she had John call me and he was at our house in 15min. He took in the situation told us what needed to be done gave me a price which was very reasonable and someone was out the next morning to fix it. I highly recommend Deluxe Door Systems.
