Description of Work: CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE TO REPLACE OUR FRONT DOOR AND SIDELIGHTS. THEY CANCELLED THE FIRST APPOINTMENT AND I HAD TO CALL TO REMIND THEM TO RESCHEDULE. THE ESTIMATE WE RECEIVED WAS VERY HIGH, BUT WE HAD HEARD THEIR WORK WAS VERY GOOD. WE SIGNED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE, BEING TOLD THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE EXPENSE WAS IN THE DOOR WE CHOSE. THEY WOULD NEVER GIVE US AN ITEMIZED ESTIMATE. THE DAY AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT WE SAW THE SAME DOOR--MATCHING SERIAL NUMBER AND ALL--FOR LESS. WE CALLED AND ASKED TO SEE AN ITEMIZED STATEMENT SINCE THERE WAS SUCH A DISCREPANCY AND THEY CANCELLED OUR CONTRACT. THEY NEVER SENT AN ITEMIZED ESTIMATE.
