The work was done very professionally and much cheaper than the price quoted by a third tree service. This other tree service had been used previously and provided disappointing service at a higher price.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL, HASSLE FREE, AND THEY DID BEAUTIFUL WORK AND CLEANED UP.

The work they did was good. One problem I had was that I was particularly concerned about some dead branches hanging over my house. They got the ones I could see, but within a month I could tell that there was another huge branch above my house that they didn't cut out. To get to it, they'd have to go from my neighbor's driveway. So I'm really hesitant to have someone come back out. I wasn't very pleased that they didn't get the other branch.

They responded immediately; expert and efficient. They cleaned up very well.

Due to 2 of 3 appointments were no shows. Three estimates were obtained and his price was 2 to 3 times higher than others.

Very punctual and responsive. Will use again when needed.

The owner was prompt in giving me an estimate. I found his workers to be efficient, polite, and knowledgeable when it came to performing the work. The cost was reasonable, and the clean up good. My trees look better than they have in years. I would definitely recommend this company for their great service.

Daniel Tree Service did an exceptional job from start to finish. Prompt in returning our call for an estimate and quick to estimate. He covered all aspects and even gave tips for questions to ask others. We had had over 10 estimates before hiring Daniel, many who cold knocked offering 'lower cost services.'' Daniel's estimate was very competitive for all they included. Daniel was extremely considerate of our family by calling before arriving (we have a loud dog and 2 babies), making sure we could arrange to be gone during the work (since they had to shut off electric and lower lines), and he even called to see if everything was OK when we returned (electric back on and work satisfactory). The work was done quickly (less than a day)-we hardly knew they were there. The stumps were ground so well, we had grass growing over in no time. I cannot say enough about the company. Outstanding work and very professional, complete service. I wish there was a grade higher than A.

The tree removal crew were prompt, focused on the work at hand, and did a good clean-up of all debris left behind. Ron and his assistant did the stump grinding several days later. They were very professional and thorough in their work. I would highly recommend them for any tree work.

Ron came to give estimate at appointed time. Price seemed reasonable so we told him to go ahead. Said it would be about ten days before he could get it scheduled. He called early on the eleventh day saying crew was on their way. Four man crew worked together efficiently and effectively. Nice men. No wasted time. Left our yard in perfect condition. Ron returned the next day to grind out the stumps. We had a good experience with this firm and will use again if the need arises.

Our experience with Ron Daniel was wonderful. He responded immediately, gave us an estimate which was considerably less than other estimates. He came out and did the work when he said he would be there. He removed and cleaned up everything, and our yard and trees looked great! I would hire him again in a minute!

Ron was extremely responsively to our request for an estimate. He came on-time and gave additional advice on trees that he did not service. The work was done the same week as the estimate. Great clean-up, decent price!

THEY WERE GREAT! REMOVED THE STUMP AT ONE ADDRESS, ALSO CABLED A LARGE TREE AT THIS ADDRESS AS WELL. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THEIR WORK. I COULD ASK THE FOREMAN OR MAKE SURE THAT THEY GOT SOME CERTAIN TRIMMING DONE, AND THEY WERE VERY RECEPTIVE TO THAT. THEIR PEOPLE COURTEOUS, PUNCTUAL, AND VERY WORKMAN LIKE. THE PRICE WAS AS QUOTED. APPROXIMATE COST DOES NOT INCLUDE TAX. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET THE APPOINTMENT SET, BUT THAT MOSTLY DUE TO WAITING ON NATURE--THE GROUND TO BE FROZEN FOR THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT. THEY MADE SURE THAT THEY DID NOT DAMAGE MY YARD TOO WHEN USING THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT, USING PLANKS. WITH ANY PROJECT IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE A GOOD MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING, AND WE HAD THAT WITH RON DANIEL.

GREAT SERVICE! I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE ON A THURSDAY, RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE THAT FRIDAY AND THE WORK WAS DONE THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, CLEANED UP AND HAULED AWAY ALL DEBRIS.

THEY CALLED ME AND TOLD ME WHEN THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE LIMBS AND EVEN RAKED THE LEAVES. THEY CLEANED UP SOME DEBRI THAT HAD FALLEN INTO THE NEIGHBOR'S YARD. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED THEY HAD ME COME OUTSIDE AND CHECK THE TREE TO SEE IF I WAS SATISFIED. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEIR PRICE WAS HALF ANOTHER COMPANY'S BID.

RON DANIEL WAS VERY FRIENDLY TO WORK WITH. HE QUOTED $50 TO $65 FOR THE WORK. WE CHOSE HIM BECAUSE HE WAS ABLE TO GET IN SOONER THAN OTHERS, AND THE PRICE SEEMED SLIGHTLY MORE REASONABLE. HE DID NOT FOLLOW UP ON THE FIRST CALL TO LET US KNOW WHY HE HAD MISSED THE TARGETED DATE. THEIR STUMP DIGGER WAS OUT OF ORDER THAT WEEK. OUR SECOND CALL REMINDED HIM OF THE COMMITMENT, AND THE WORK WAS THEN COMPLETED WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK. CLEAN WORK AREA. SURPRISED THAT THERE WAS NO DISCOUNT FOR THE MISS IN THE ORIGINAL COMMITMENT, AND FAILURE TO RESCHEDULE ON THEIR PART.

DID A NICE JOB SHAPING OUR TREES. ALSO CLEARED OUT DEADWOOD FROM A PINE TREE. RON DANIEL GAVE US SOME ADDITIONAL ADVICE ON CARING FOR THE TREES.

RON RETURNED MY PHONE MESSAGE PROMPTLY, AND WITHIN TWO DAYS HAD GIVEN ME A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK ON MY TREES. AFTER I EXPRESSED CONCERN ABOUT THE HEALTH OF THE TREES HE SUGGESTED THAT I HAVE BOTH FERTILIZED IN THE FALL. THE MEN WHO CAME TO DO THE WORK WERE COURTEOUS AND CLEANED THE YARD UP AFTERWARDS.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY DID EVERYTHING WE ASKED AND THEN SOME. THEY CLEANED UP WELL. THEY WERE GENEROUS. THEY WERE MOST ACCOMMODATING. IN FACT, TWO OF OUR NEIGHBORS CAME AND GOT THEIR BUSINESS CARDS. THEY WERE OUTSTANDING.

I WAS TO MEET HIM ON THE 27TH ON 1:30 PM AT THE SPECIFIED HOUSE. HE WAS A LITTLE ROUGH, RUDE AND SHORT ON THE PHONE. THE CONTRACTOR ARRIVED AT THE HOME AT 1:25 PM AND I HAD ARRIVED MAYBE 2 MINUTES LATE AND HE DID NOT TAKE THE TIME TO WAIT FOR ME. HE ALSO FAILED TO SHOW UP AT THE SECOND HOUSE WHERE I NEEDED TREES TRIMMED. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT HIRE HIM AGAIN. I ALSO DID NOT LIKE THAT HE GAVE AN ESTIMATE WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE TREES. HE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE HIS ESTIMATE IN THE MAIL. HOWEVER, I AM WILLING TO DISCUSS THE SITUATION WITH THE CONTRACTOR.

RESEARCHED ANGIE'S LIST, AND CAME UP WITH TWO COMPANIES FROM WHICH I DECIDED TO TAKE BIDS. THOUGH BOTH COMPANIES LOOKED VERY GOOD, I DECIDED ON DANIEL TREE SERVICE, DUE TO RECEIVING MORE PERSONAL CONTACT, TO WORK OUT EXACTLY WHAT SERVICE I NEEDED. DANIEL OFFERED THE BEST PRICE. A TWO-MAN CREW CAME WITHIN JUST A FEW DAYS OF REQUESTING THE WORK. THEY WERE BOTH, CLEARLY, VERY EXPERIENCED. THE TREES LOOK GREAT. (WELL... AS GOOD AS A SILVER MAPLE CAN LOOK ANYWAY!). I WILL DEFINITELY CALL DANIEL TREE SERVICE FOR MY FUTURE SERVICE NEEDS. THEY OFFER A GOOD SERVICE AT A FAIR AND REASONABLE PRICE.
