In 2014, I had my Lawnboy self propelled mower serviced 2X by the big box store where I bought it. It never ran properly after that and using it this year found it was leaking fuel. When I found the mower had a service recall - Como was on the top of the list. I called them, brought it in and in just over a week the gas leak was fixed and it is mowing better than ever!

They were fantastic.  I can't recommend them highly enough.  In and out in 10 minutes and only $20.  OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
The rear wheel bolt had snapped on my Toro Mower..  Part of it was still in the mower.
The woman helped me get the mower out of the trunk of my Honda. 
She took the broken part of the bolt to the technician.  The repair technician, said rather than wait a week, let's drill out the remaining portion of the bolt and let's repair it right now.
They were out of a new repair part.  However they were able to take the bolt out of an older mower, which was used for parts.
They replaced the part, and did NOT charge me for the replacement part.
They only charged me for the repair labor, which came to a little over $20.
They helped me put the mower back in my trunk.
That is what I call OUTSTANDING service.    Take your mower to them, you won't regret it.   You will be pleasantly surprised.
In comparison, I had called another repair place and they said it would take 4 weeks before they get even to my mower.

We have gone to them for years. They are excellent.  They are very polite, pleasant and friendly. They said it would be done within the week and it was. Last time we got a $10 discount because we brought the mower to them instead of having them pick it up.

I started taking my mower here about five years ago, leaving another large power equipment repair shop.  They are VERY personable, thorough.  They are honest; they don't try to talk you into more than you need.  They do an excellent job and are very willing to answer any questions very thoroughly.  And... I dropped off the mower Monday and it was done on Thursday.  Would have been 6 weeks other places.

Tiller smoked and ran poorly. Expecting to have a purchase a new one, Doug told me the oil level was twice the amount. Apparently my mother had put too much oil in... machine cleaned up and runs great. Only thing lost was my mother pride.

I took the blade off myself. I took it to them and they sharpened it.  They called the next day and said it was ready. They will be seeing me again in the spring.

Took a mower here for a tune up and repair. I have always taken any mower I've had to Como. Family owned and a Columbus staple for many years, you will get quality service and value that is undeniable. Reasonably priced and quick turnaround, Como will keep your equipment in top condition and not break your budget. Highly recommended.

This company is very efficient. They are knowledgeable and timely.

They've been doing this for a long time, which gives me great

confidence in their service. I only wish they had pick up and delivery

during the summer months. My mower is too heavy for me to lift

and it doesn't fit in the trunk of my car. I had to secure it with

twine and hold my breath while driving home with it. I had a hard

time getting it out of the trunk by myself, but it's all good now.

service has been very good they only fix what need fixing, my mower weighs 90 pounds too heavy for me to take into service have used other provider, who don't do as well, I know straders service is below average and does not appear to need any more business, have used hillard lawn and garden, hoffmans and buckeye power which are all  are ok but como is the best i have found

Friendly and helpful staff. Described services effectively. Took mower in for service in early spring, was expecting not to get it back for a week or two and to my surprise it was ready in less than a week!

They did a nice job.  They took it right in and looked at it.  They told me what the labor would be plus parts.  I went and picked it up when it was done and they brought it out and loaded it on the trailer for us.
