I went to the provider primarily to have them perform a recall that was still open on the vehicle. I made sure I was informed before heading to the service center. They started out by trying to honor the recall (transfer case) by only refilling it when it was clearly leaking at a couple seals. This would have been a band-aid and quot;fixand quot; and I insisted they follow the recall instructions. They ordered the seal kit to perform the recall and I will take it back to them soon to have the transfer case removed, disassembled, inspected and either repaired or replaced.
As with any service provider, inform yourself before arriving so you know what to expect! I hope the rest of the recall goes smoother so I can upgrade my recommendation!

They provided a complimentary oil change for new purchase customers (I believe through Mitsubishi), which is great because it uses full synthetic oil. Everything went quickly considering they also throw in a free car wash with each oil change, plus there is a nice seating area inside full of snacks. Even when this service isn't free, it is comparable to what a fast oil change place would charge for synthetic.
I'll definitely come back due to the convenience and care they showed.

The appointment started out great. I got there a little early and they got me right in, gave me a tour of the waiting area and offered me soda, coffee and cookies. The waiting area was pleasant as was the staff. The gentleman came out to advise how my car looked and that I needed some additional service. I agreed to some of their suggestions but advised that the rest would need to wait. One of their suggestions was to replace my brakes. They used a red, amber, green "stoplight" rating and advised that 3 of the 4 brakes were amber with one being red and that they should be replaced soon. Not having the money to do it right then, I was pretty shaken up. Approximately 1 month later, I took my vehicle to another shop (Westerville Automotive) to have them take a look at the brakes and replace them if necessary. They advised that I have about 20,000 miles left on my brakes and that they won't need to be replaced for at least a year (and more given that I put about 8,000 miles a year on my car!). Needless to say, no matter how good the coupon or deal is for Mitsubishi North, I won't be going there again. They worried me needlessly by trying to scare me into getting repairs done that were not warranted.
