When I arrived a male employee was screaming obscenities loudly about his treatment at work. I was advised that they were short staffed, hence tempers were short - I overlooked it. Upon return, my car was cleaned very well and I was satisfied. That eve, I noticed the back row of seats had been moved forward. I called and asked if they could assist with rolling them back (they are too heavy for me to push back). The manager immediately became irate, screamed and insisted I accused him of “breaking” the seats - language I didn’t use or suggest. Bottom line - the work is great, but professionalism is seriously lacking.

The inside windshield wasn't even touched, nor was anything done in the back seat. Smear marks were all over the dash from an obviously dirty cloth. I stressed to clean the inside windshield which was not done at all. They swept the carpets and washed the outside, but overall it was a very poor job.

Amazing! I was so grateful for how terry (one of the owners) went above and beyond in providing excellent service! I didn't know payment was check/cash only and I didn't have my checkbook or enough cash on hand. Terry offered to drive me to the atm nearby so his guys could go ahead and start on the car and save me some time. Everyone was very professional and friendly!

The owner and staff were friendly and professional. Asked them to pay extra attention to a couple of areas, and they did exactly what I wanted. Had an area on fender with paint scratches from a fence and I thought it would take a body shop to fix them, but the owner said he could get them out with a high speed buff. It cost an extra $20, but all of them came out and it looks like new. The work was thorough, high quality and impeccable. I highly recommend this company.

When I dropped off my car to be detailed, I was a little embarrassed. I felt like I had dropped off a frozen piece of mud for them to detail! I had mud inside my speakers (off road adventures) and several scratches on my hood. When I came to pick it up, my mouth dropped....my car had never looked better. He said he tried his best with the scratches on my hood, but was unable to get all of the damage out. I was still impressed that they were able to do what they did! I NEVER expected those scratches to come out anyway, but they made them much less noticeable. I would actually say that it looked better than the day I had bought it! I will be back as well as my husband. This was worth every single penny!

The technician. Eric, came out to help assess. He was hopeful to remove the worse part of the damage. He also said if I went to the dealership, finding the matching paint, he could make the repair virtually undetectable.
They got me in the next business day, first thing in the morning. I sat in the shop while my repair was being completed. It was like magic! The worst part of the graffiti was removed!
My private practice counseling office is two doors down from this business, and has been for the last four years. Even though I daily see beautiful cars roll out of there, looking showroom new, I'd never considered using this service. In this time of crisis, I'm so glad I gave them a shot.
Everyone reviews when things are awful. I wanted to let everyone know how happy I am with my car. As soon as the weather is better, I'm going back and having them fully detail my car.

I thought the price was expensive after seeing the quality of work. When I have had my car detailed previously all of the compartments of the car were cleaned and swept. This did not occur with my vehicle. Some of the stains on the upholstery were not completely removed and I was charged extra because there was dog hair to be removed in the car. If they want to charge a high amount I expect exceptional work.
Addendum: The owner of the company contacted me after reading my review on Angie's list. He was very concerned about my and quot;Band quot; rating that I gave his company. He wanted to do whatever he could so that I felt the quality of the work was excellent. I was very impressed with his concern. I did bring my car back for a touch up. All the stains were removed from my car as well as the compartments cleaned out. The owner also offered me a free exterior car wash whenever I wanted to come back. I will use this company again in the future and would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I called for a quote to have my Infiniti sedan detailed inside and out. I asked for a price and an estimate of the time it would take. He said it would take longer if there was dog hair. I acknowledged that I have a dog, so there would be some hair, but it is not and quot;a lotand quot;. He quoted me a price and a time.
I showed up to drop my car off at the appointed time. I made the mistake of bringing my dog with me as we were going to walk home from the shop. I confirmed the price and the guy said,and quot;let me see the dog hairand quot; and then said it would be almost 20% higher than the original quote to detail the car. I said forget it.
To prove a point to myself, I came home and with my own vacuum, removed nearly every piece of dog hair in the car in less than 7 minutes. That really shows how un-dirty my car was, because it's pretty hard to vacuum a car completely in less than 10 minutes, dog hair or no.
I get it that people bring disasters in and expect them to make it perfect and dont want to pay for it, and my car is black and the dog is tan, so the hair did stand out, but I felt like he was just trying to take advantage of me.

For obvious reasons, a definite cost to clean and detail an individual vehicle cannot be determined until inspecting it. We start with a estimate and discuss specifics upon inspection. Our experience here is that dog hair can be especially difficult to remove, even with our commercial equipment. 95% of the time it requires more time, effort, and additional tools. The reason for this is that those little hairs weave themselves into fabric upholstery, and even more so, into carpets. Rest assured that if we had not encountered difficulties while attending to you vehicle, you would not have been charged unnecessarily.
