It was OK. They charged me a lot more because I have area rugs and other people don’t seem to do that. Maybe I missed that when I made the appointment. The people were very pleasant and professional. They were very thorough and careful.

They did not move the furniture. They carpet looked clean but they did not get the edges. That is why the price was so reasonable. The house smelled wonderful when they were done.

I bought a Groupon for cleaning the carpet in one room from this company that I'd never used before (since I paid only $15 and it normally costs $35 for one room, I didn't rate the price). I called them early one morning to schedule an appointment, they called me promptly when they opened for business and were able to schedule for just a few days later. The owner arrived on time and explained to me their carpet cleaning process and how it differs from a traditional carpet cleaning. The orange solution they use smells great and left our basement smelling like oranges for a few days, which was nice. The carpet is definitely much softer and cleaner than before. My only issue was that it definitely didn't dry as quickly as they said - even with a dehumidifier on. It took a full day for it to dry completely - not 2-3 hours. I do plan to hire them again to clean our bedroom carpet.

I got a coupon to try them out. They were responsive, punctual, and very professional. I liked their price and the solution that they used. I will be getting my whole house done by them. The floor did not dry as quickly as they said it would. I was a little disappointed about that. I am waiting to see how clean it stays. The work was done very recently.

Came out on a Sunday afternoon, which we appreciated since we had a gift certificate that expired on that day! Our carpets look good and they smell wonderful. Casey was professional and pleasant. They left a large spray bottle of the citrus cleaner with instructions, which is great since one of our areas is a playroom and gets lots of spots!
