Jay did a Fantastic job! Our carpets looks new and the cleaning leaves a refreshing smell. I would definitely use this company again. Jay also helped me move a few things so that he could clean. We couldn't be more pleased with the work done.

We had all carpeted rooms in our house cleaned today (4 rooms, 2 sets of stairs and a hallway) and they did a wonderful job for a very fair price. We have pets so there were some stains from accidents and they were able to completely get them out.  They were flexible with scheduling, very professional and you can tell they take great pride in their work.  They vacuumed after cleaning and the house smells amazing!  Highly recommend this company!

They were on time, professional, friendly, and quick. They were in and out within about an hour and half. Fast but Great Looking Carpets and with the all natural solution, it was immediately safe for my daughter and my dog. Plus it Smells fresh and clean! Highly recommended.

Citrusolution did a fabulous job cleaning my carpet.  I wish I had taken before and after photos of one room with significant stains that they successfully removed (after another carpet cleaner tried and couldn't get the area clean).  The cleaning process is low moisture, so drying time was shorter than conventional cleaning.  They were prompt, friendly, and professional.  They were even good sports about my cat, who was underfoot!

Their team showed up and cleaned all the carpets in our home.  Since we had no furniture, it made it easier on them, but they worked quickly and efficiently.  They were prompt (showing up 5 min early) and got to work right away.  All the carpets were cleaned thoroughly and were only slightly damp following their cleaning.  The orange/citrus smell was pleasant and not overpowering.  They also offered tips in how to make our carpets last longer and how often they would have them cleaned.  All in all, it was painless and easy.  I would highly recommend them if you want a company that uses natural products to clean your carpets and want it done well.

This is the 2nd time I've used them and I've been happy both times. They arrived within the half hour window, I showed them what I wanted done, and they set to work. Their machines were very quiet and the citrus aroma was very nice - not overpowering. They paid special extra attention to 2 spots that no one else had been able to get rid of and now they're gone.
They will schedule and confirm via internet; and their receptionist is very efficient too. She also has a nice telephone voice.
I highly recommend them as show by my above ratings

The hallway was so small (about 5 feet long), they didn't charge extra for it. The carpet was dirty before they arrived and clean after. What else could you ask for?

I purchased a groupon a while back to try out their service, but the groupon says that this typically costs $140 for the 3 rooms I purchased. He arrived on time (I was actually running late and Casey the owner was very polite about waiting for me). The booking was easy and I did it all online and got an email reminder beforehand. He cleaned a large family room area and two large bedrooms that had some food and pet stains. I love that this company does not charge extra for a x-large room. I've used other companies for carpet cleaning in the past, and I always get charged extra because of our extra large family room. Casey indicated that when you book 3 rooms, it's any 3 rooms regardless of size, which is great. Most of the stains came out (the stains that remained couldn't be removed by other carpet cleaning companies either), and the carpets look clean and fluffy. I would use this company again in the future.

I was not happy with another company and I was looking for a different solution and they offer one. It went really well and I was happy with them. I will have them back as soon as I need them again. It was quicker drying than what I've had in the past. The guy was super professional. It made a really nice citrus orange smell in my home. It was a nice smelling procedure. I would use them again in a heartbeat. He got all the stains out. I was very happy with them. The price included the tax.

Casey and his crew have been out to my house twice now. Both experiences were excellent. Not only is his product wonderful, it cleans and refreshes the whole house, but he is very prompt. The first visit Casey bailed me out of a real pickle. I had a carpet cleaner of my own and two days before a party, I tried to use it. It had broken and left soap and water, plus the stains, all over the front entryway. I called Casey, he came out that same day, after hours, and cleaned the carpets for me. They looked great and I immediately re-booked. This time, Casey was on time, sent me a reminder email two days ahead and the carpets are gorgeous. I rebooked again. My carpet cleaner is going on Craigs List.

They did great! We had some serious stains, my nephew had dumped an entire cup of coffee with creme and sugar into the rug. We also had some pet stains. They were able to get them all out for us. They left extra spot spray for us too. They worked until what I needed was done. I don't recall the price, but it was very reasonable.

It was good. We generally deal with the owner. There is one other guy. They are friendly and fast. They moved the furniture. They are in and out. It is all natural environmentally friendly materials. That is why we used them in the first place.

It turned out fine. I liked that they left a bottle of carpet cleaner behind so when I get a stain I can clean it up. That product actually works . Thy did everything right on scheudle.
