Everything went well.  The workers showed me everything that they were doing throughout the process which I appreciated very much. They worked hard and and cleaned up nicely, too!

Good service. Appreciated the painter assigned (Mark) attention to detail and diligence to get the job done on time.

Our house except for the roof is all paintable; this was a big job and our house is older, built in 1940. It is stucco outside and has a confusing amount of trim. The company provided us a colour service as part of the deal- Angie came out and helped us pick out a three colour scheme that would work with our redwood decks but not replicate it. We went from a light pinkish colour to a mocha overall, a dramatic change. We felt this was a great service. The crew did a wonderful job, with great attention to detail - the final balance of the colours on doorways especially looks really sharp. They kept the area clean and were very unobtrusive, given that they had to be all over the house. The weather was a little unpredictable over the week and the crew had to finish up on a Sunday, but overall we were pleased with them, the job they did and our result. From powerwashing to finish, time elapsed was about a week with three days wait time for house to dry. I felt the price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. I did get another quote from a contractor we had used and it was substantially higher. The crew foreman was very good and Patrick, who coordinated the timing, was very responsive to our scheduling needs. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Certapro is such a good company to deal with.  Dan, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate.  He was on time and very friendly.  The estimate was fair, for all the work that had to be done.  A deposit was made and a date was set.  Certapro worked around our schedule and was able to recommenced a good drywall finisher to fix the drywall in the room and seal up removed skylights. 

Certapro kept in touch with the job the drywall finishers were doing and put the paint job on a schedule to commentate all.  On the day of the painting Shawn with Certapro, and his crew showed up.  Shawn, has done work for us in the past, has the nicest painters and they do the greatest job.  This job was going to be a little time consummating for they needed to paint our movie theater room which has vaulted ceilings, wood beams, a lot of decorative moldings, and the room's ceiling needed to be white and the sidewalls needed to be  painted a deep red.  Also there was 3 exterior metal doors, wood jambs and an exterior metal Bilco door unit to be painted.

Shawn and his crew went right to work and I did not hear anything from them for they worked hard.  After two days of working Shawn told me they were done and was cleaning up.  No mess, no fuss, just a great paint job and
honest, friendly workers.

There is two things I love about calling Certapro to do my painting needs.  1) Shawn and his crew is honest, friendly and they do all the painting, do a wonderful job, then clean up and move to the next job.  2) I do not have to do the painting!

I first contacted CertaPro after receiving a flyer in the mail. I went to their website and set up an appointment. It was really easy because I could see all available dates and times online. The sales associate, Kevin, let me know he was on his way to my house. He arrived on time, gave me an estimate, and answered any questions that I had. I did not feel pressured by him and I felt the price was resonable. I contacted him to let him know we wanted to go ahead with the power washing and painting of our deck. He let me know it would probably be mid May before they could get the job done. They power washed and painted the deck on April 19th which is way sooner than I had imagined. I am super happy with their work. I have spoken to several employees who have been very helpful and kept me in the loop as to the timing and other questions. I would recommend CertaPro to anyone looking for painters.

The work went well and took Thursday and Friday as well Saturday and ended on Sunday afternoon with perfection.
I went over to Sherwyn Williams to pick up a quart of the dark green as well as a gallon of the grey paint. (Separate review.) SW had The Lakes at Bethel paints in a special book so there was no problem in getting paint.  When I returned, Shaun did a beautiful job, with triple coat paint, on my front door. It looks like a brand new door! The garage door look great with a triple coat on it, too.
At least two coats of paint are on my walls so everything is the perfect light beige--just as I wanted. The 3.5 bathrooms are just wonderful, as is the kitchen and my laundry room.
I am delighted with their professionalism and great work. Needless to say, I WILL be recommending them to my friends and neighbors. I could not have asked for better!

It was fine for the most part. They messed up on the cleaning but came back out and fixed it. When they screw something up they need to come back and fix it right away. The workers were nice.

The painter came out to paint my home on Easter Sunday. The process took only a few hours and the results were amazing.
