They were very responsive. I received the call the same day I had emailed them, and with in a few days their Representative was at my house going over every detail of what I wanted to do to my house, and then checking everything out. I had the quote the next day.
Very good Service for what I wanted. Rep was polite and professional. They are definitely in the running for the actual work.

This was actually our second time using Buckeye for AC maintenance.  The unit is old, but still seems to work just fine.  I was pleasantly surprised because the service tech didn't try to sell me on getting a replacement/newer unit.  He told me that I have done a very good job of keeping up with maintenance on it so it should last a while longer.  I appreciated that.  He arrived on time and was efficient in completing the work.

We were more than pleased.  We went from an electric furnace and heat pump to a new gas furnace and air conditioner.They moved the location of the air conditioner to a location that better met our needs.  They brought in an electrician to run the new electrical.  We felt the price to be fair (we had estimates from 3 companies)  and the company to be honest. The employees worked fast and steady.  They were very considerate (even to our litttle dog).  We were happy to get the air conditioner installed so quickly, as our old heat pump went out when the temperatures were in the 90's. New thermostat is easy to program.  My husband is very particular.  Eveything they did exceeded our expectations.

Air conditioning went out and they were out that afternoon to diagnose.  When I called, they told me how much service call would be (so no surprises!!).  They were here for approximately 1/2 hour, diagnosed problem, gave me quote and told me they could return next day to fix.  They were here promptly at 8 am the following day, replaced the motor (and surge protector for better protection in future) and replaced my thermostat for a VERY easy touch-screen programmable one (per my request).  Everything and more in less than 24 hours...thank goodness because it was a warm week!

The provider came and told me that my water heater did not work. It was dripping water from the top. It said that it could not be fixed and that it would sell me a new water heater. I asked for a specific breakdown of the costs, but the provider refused. It is selling water heaters at an inflated rate and does not want customers to see it. I just asked for the cost of the water heater and the labor involved and the provider refused.



I paid $75 for nothing in return!

"Our service technicians do not know the cost breakdown of the tanks, materials, and labor. They simply know the installed price of the water tank. All of our items are priced this way. Hot water tanks, air conditioners, furnaces, and all service parts are listed in our price books. The technicians cannot raise or lower the published price. New water heater was installed fine, I thought, until it failed Columbus City inspection.    Relief valve was installed to close to wall.   so the valve would not function properly if activated.    Inspector called Buckeye and they sent someone out to replace gas pipe nipple so heater could be mover away from wall.     Heater functioning fine.   My wife is happy, so I am happy...

He thought the leak was probably due to the age of the system and because of the price of refrigerant we should consider replacing the unit. We did receive a an estimate from his company. We then contacted Buckeye for a competitive bid.  The Buckeye sales rep went over the possible replacement options and left  detailed material on each one . As a final gesture the Buckeye rep suggested that he have his service tech check out the original diagnosis.  The Buckeye service tech performed his tests and recommended that we add refrigerant at this time as the unit had no record of any leaks in the past. He then contacted the Buckeye sales rep and they recommended that we delay replacing the system since we had not had previous problems.

Technician was punctual...called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way.  He put on booties over his shoes so not to soil the flooring.  He was polite and informative.  I will use Buckeye Heating and Cooling again.

They were flexible with schedule and the technician was very knowledgable and thorough.  I had to replace my thermostat (which i did myself) and ran into a problem where i couldn't get my AC to turn back on, Buckeye came right back to the house the same day and fixed my wiring mistake.
