Professional service who gave us all the information we requested. Was careful not to dirty the house even with the rain.

Came the same day called. Replaced run capacitor on the AC unit. AC unit is now up and running. They arrived early.

ASSESSMENT WENT WELL. HOWEVER THE FOLLOW UP PRICE QUOTE FOR ADDITIONAL WORK HAS NOT BEEN MADE.

I was delighted with Best Service Heating & Cooling. A was able to get an appointment the day after I called, the representative was friendly, honest and professional and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Best Service and will contact them again when I need heating and cooling servicing or repair.

My tenant called me late Sunday night. He told me that the A/C unit was just blowing air. I tried to diagnose over the phone with no luck. I drove out to the house. I had no better luck. I called Best that night and left a message asking them to call me first thing Monday morning. They called shortly after 8 AM. They said they could work me in that day and they would call me 30 minutes before their arrival. They called around 1 PM. I met the serviceman at the unit. He diagnosed the issue. He had the parts in his truck. I expected the unit would need replacing (it is at least 15 years old). It cost me $125.00. I have used Best Service with great success for several years. I have always been happy with their work.

Always please with Best Service! They were able to come relatively soon after I purchased the tune-up deal. Brian was friendly and efficient. He checked everything over, cleaned up the outside unit and that was that.

On 05/25 I called a left message to call due to Hvac issues. 05/28 no return call so I called again as they were recommended by a coworker. Appointment set for 06/02. On 06/02 a tech came out and was very nice but clearly new in role as he had to make several calls for guidance. It was determined that a rotor was shot in the compressor and unit would need replaced. I was told I would get a call the next day. 06/04 I called and left message about 2 concerns. 1) I had not heard from anyone and 2) there was significant more condensatIon. 06/04 a man called and said it was absolutely not the unit it must be my hot water heater. I insisted it was not. He stated that they were very busy over and over and working around the clock and he would make a phone call to the tech and get back to me but they were very busy. 06/04 a man called to ask what was going on. It was the original tech. I explained again and they said someone would be out. On 06/06 the original tech came out under the impression my water heater must me leaking. When he arrived he changed his mind. He then determined the rotor was fine and the unit was low on refrigerant and there must be a leak in the coil. A leak was located in the coil on the inside unit which was causing the excessive condensation. I was told it would be too costly to repair and that someone would contact me about replacement. Today is 06/25 and I have not heard from the company again.

We were overwhelmingly happy with the speedy response and the professionalism of the company and their tech Brian, as both worked to get our HVAC system restored this past week. We noticed the inside temp rising late in the day Tuesday, and realized we hadn’t heard the air handler kick-on recently. The thermostat was calling for AC but not getting it. We called the next morning and were able to get squeezed into the schedule that same day. Brian quickly diagnosed that our blower motor and control board had both failed. The company was able to get the needed parts overnight, and as luck would have it, rain caused a cancellation of a scheduled job that opened up a slot for Brian to return and make the repair. Luckily, the parts were still under warranty, so we only had to pay for labor.

This is a wonderful company. They are very helpful, responsive, and extremely professional.

Easily able to schedule appointment and tech arrived on time. Maintenance inspection completed under annual contract and reviewed quickly.

Smooth and efficient appointment. Service was provided and an option was given to purchase annual service care. Felt informed but not pressured. Used a coupon.

Furnace went out when it was very cold out. Called emergency number and received same day service. Did not have particular part for my furnace, but fixed it temporarily so we could have heat. Came back in a few days with the ordered part and fixed it properly.

Great- the tech was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Called and asked if he could come earlier for appt. He performed the checks and ispections, lubricated the unit, and found the source of a noise that other companies had not remedied. Furnace has been much quieter and working well since the visit.
