Excellent! APCO was very responsive, sending out estimates immediately and working with me to get the work performed as soon as possible. A hole was found in my roof and APCO sent out a crew on a Sunday to get it covered to ensure I didn't have any further damage until the actual roof repairs could be completed. They were very respectful of my budget and needs with all work recommended and performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs and I plan to work with them again for door and window replacements.

No problems. Good work. Sales process was quick and easy. Installers did great work. Replaced the 3 doors in 3/4 of a day. All details good.

I went in to obtain a quote on a window. The gentleman that "helped" me was extremely rude from the start! He felt the need to "correct me" when I told him the size of the window needed by saying I should say the width first. Ok, but then he was on the verge of argumentative as to what I wanted when I knew what I wanted. I also asked if he could order specialize hinges and he said they don't make those, when Lowes and other window providers had already shown me the same hinges. He then abruptly said "well we are done here" and that was the first thing he was right about!!! I own many properties in and around Columbus and I have many contractors that have worked for me in the past that have used APCO and I would strongly discourage anyone from working with this type of company.

Installers were prompt and did a good job.

There was some poor workmanship in the installation of the inside window frames. They should use more skilled installers. They did fix it.

We had a team of 2 so the work progressed at a slower pace; however, they were hard workers with a great attitude and made sure all work was properly completed. The installers cleaned up the entire work area before they left at the end of each day. They took pride in their work and did the job right. The production manager, Jerry, stopped by each day to touch base with us and review the installers work and installation progress. We are very pleased with the workmanship and end product.

APCO was great from the ordering process throughout the install.

We contacted APCO about giving us an estimate for an exterior beautification project.  John Siemer was very responsive and got back to us right away.  He came out and listened to what we were hoping to achieve and gave us an all in (including tax) estimate, which I appreciated.  John recommended a particular line of siding and gave us recent jobs done in similar colors to the ones we were considering.  It took us a while to have a chance to scope out some of the options.  John would respectfully check in with us weekly to see where we were at.  After exhausting the color options presented to us initially (which weren't quite what we wanted), John did some additional legwork to get us other samples from different manufacturers.  We were able to find a color that we liked and went ahead and signed the contract.  John continued to be responsive throughout the project even though he no longer was the point person.

After putting about 1/3 down with a credit card (its nice to earn reward points on a big job), we received an email from the APCO office letting us know who would be our project manager and an estimated date for the work to start.  The guys that came out to take measurements let us know when they would be there ahead of time and came when they said that they would.  The front door arrived first and was installed on the date and time we had set up (on a Thursday).  We were told ahead of time when the siding and materials would be delivered (the day after the door was installed) and when the job would begin (that Monday).  Carlos and the crew began on the appointed day and worked diligently Monday - Friday the first week.  They did a respectable job of cleaning up each night.  The crew finished on Wednesday before lunch during the second week, which was what we expected.  I contacted the project manager, Jerry, a few times and he was always responsive and helpful.  I did need to do some additional clean-up on my own after the job was done, but I expected that to be the case with a project of this size and scope.  The gutters were installed last (that Friday).  The crew came on the appointed day, but later than anticipated.  However, they finished the job on the day they said they were coming, so it wasn't too much of an issue.  

We truly love the finished product.  The color turned out to be even better than we expected and the house looks beautiful.  We have had numerous compliments from friends and neighbors and would readily recommend APCO to others who are looking to do exterior work.

I'd give them an A on the product and installation work. I'd give them a C on their timeliness on getting to the job. They were late in getting there. They were very professional. They presented themselves very professionally. They had good paperwork and good manners. They were great to do business with. They were so successful and busy so they couldn't get there on time. The punctuality was my only complaint. Everything else was way better than average.

Everything was great from beginning to end. Quoted price was similar to another reputable window company but the waiting period was the deciding factor. From time job was quoted to installation was 6 weeks. Installation was completed in 2 days by 2 people who worked very hard and non stop, and were very respectful of our home and personal items. Luckily we had this done during warm spell in late 2015, which I'm sure helped expedite the process somewhat. A few of the screens were not perfect, which were repaired promptly. Whenever we needed to have follow up service, they sent someone the same or next day. We were very pleased with everything.
