Amie Kim was very rude to my wife over the phone. We had a minor accident where the other party was cited & they paid for the repair to our Lexus GX 470. I'm deeply disappointed in Amy's professionalism during this difficult time. We are still good friends and i appreciate her pricing. That said, during a crisis, Amy referred us to a body shop that was substandard. We were not comfortable going there and we had to make 10 phone calls to find a proper body shop. Amy made no effort to help us find proper repairs to my wife's vehicle and told us she was busy during making a personal call to husband talking about housepaint. I think she has room for improvement.
