America's Floor Source

Have worked with AFS several times in the past with great success and this time was no different. Rich Barnabei worked with us at the showroom and came out to measure for the install. He told us how things would proceed and informed us when our shipment came in ahead of schedule to arrange convenient install date. Slight hiccup the morning of the install since they had previous install to finish up in the morning but gave us a revised start time and stuck to it. The 3 man install crew worked efficiently and took care to not damage property. The floor looks amazing . Great experience. Great company and people to deal with.

America's Floor Source has done every single room in our home. When we were looking to do new flooring in our 3 Season Room, we knew exactly where to go. Chris was always helpful, professional, and responsive. The installers have all been top notch. They are experts and well skilled in the type of flooring they are laying. We have had all positive experiences with the installers. They have been clean, courteous, and always professional. America's Floor Source showrooms have all the products, designers, and a great sales staff. There is no need to go anywhere else.

Ed Kilrain, Personal Flooring Advisor, knew we needed the installation done as soon as possible. He kept us informed of the date of arrival from the mill in GA to his store and when the crew could install it. The crew consisted of two men who worked from 8:00 AM until 5:30pm to complete the installation of the stairs and approx 1400 sq ft upstairs. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards! We were pleased with the carpet selection at the store and very appreciative of Ed's effort to get our carpet installed quickly.

Excellent selection of carpet. There were many types and brands to choose from. Chris Miller was very helpful asking questions and steering us to a number of options. The install included a large open stairway with bound edges, The stairs were tailored on the risers and the edge was very straight. During the entire process we were kept informed about the progress of the order and the installation, It was a very smooth and professional process.

She listened to what we wanted and was able to show us our options that matched the look we were hoping for in our new home. She arranged the ordering, the measuring, & scheduled the installation. The installer was on time & did an amazing job. We’ve used AFS before & it’s always a good experience!

Our experience with AFS was incredible. Rich B. came out to our home and brought a ton of samples. We did a remodel of the first floor of our condo, including the kitchen area. We told Rich what we were installing and he recommended a few types of flooring and colors. The end results look amazing! While tearing up the old flooring we discovered some damage to the underlying concrete slab. They were extremely patient with us while we got that issued fixed so they could install the flooring. The installers were very professional and arrived on time. They were also extremely hard working as they busted up a section of ceramic tile that had been poorly installed. They answered all of our questions and brought any and all issues to our attention right away so we could address them in a timely manner. If you are installing on concrete and there is an issue with the underlying concrete I HIGHLY recommend using their concrete guy, even if it means an extra day or two delay. We went with another concrete company to fix our issue and THEY DID NOT DO THE JOB and as a result we were delayed even longer. If i could go back in time i would have just exercised some patience and waited for their concrete guy. The installers are very, very knowledgeable; use their expertise and take their advice, you'll be better for it. You may be able to find a cheaper price somewhere else but I truly believe you get what you pay for. I think their services were worth every cent and we have no regrets using their services.

We decided several months ago to replace all the carpet in our 34 year old house. Worked with David Mestman, Personal Flooring Advisor, on carpet and pad selection and pricing. David came out to our house to measure and to provide an estimate. David was knowledgeable, helpful and followed up throughout the sales and installation process. The installation went well and we are very pleased with the final result. Excellent service

My wife and I had been shopping for a replacement to our kitchen/ding room floor. This area has wood flooring at both entrances so another style of wood was not going to work. We went to Americas Floor Source; on the eastside of Columbus Ohio. We found to Armstrong flooring product Alterna and we were thrilled. It was the product we wanted and the quality of the product was very impressive. We worked with Rich Barnabei and he answered every question we had. He also made a special trip to our home to be sure that the prep work I was doing was going to satisfy the installation crew. The previous flooring installer did not make sure the sub floor joint were level and some of the joints came loose; causing the tile to move. The day of the install arrived andf the crew arrived between the time quoted and were very professional in their setting up for the work. The installation was excellent and all the questions I had were handled professionally. Todd was our installer but I do not remember the other 2 men that were working with him. There is several words I can use to describe my experience with the whole process; I can’t use ju8st one word: Professional…quality..excellence..informative..knowledgeable. All around great experience from meeting with the salesman to final installation. Dave followed up at all stages of buying and planning for installtion. The two-man team of installers were fantastic. No detail was too small for the team lead who ensured it was done correctly. Highly recommended.

Floors look good. They needed to be leveled before flooring could be installed and I was grateful they did not try to install flooring over unlevel floors which would have meant problems later.

From beginning to end the whole process was seamless. We are over the moon with the new flooring!!!!

Chris Miller helped us figure out what type of carpeting would work best/ He narrowed down the selection which made it much easier for us to make a final selection. I would not recommend AFS. I used AFS for flooring and tile work for an entire new build home. The project was quoted 4 weeks and took over 11, by admitted mistakes on their end. The communication between departments, builder and customer is considerably lacking and the attitude by my account manager was absolutely embarrassing. I provided an unemotional written explanation of my experience to the executives at AFS and allowed an opportunity for the company to handle the situation professionally before posting a negative review. The response I received confirmed my perception of AFS and the lack of caring they have for their customers. I have paid for the project in full as quoted and will now pay someone else to correct this issues left behind.
