Description of Work: I needed a simple touch up of one tree in front and one in back. They did a great job in all aspects. They were also almost half as much as the other tree services we called.

Description of Work: 5 trees taken down from rather tight areas. Crew worked from 8:30am to 9:30pm and left working area cleaner than when they started and cut most of logs to splitter size with promise to return to get the missed ones. This is the second time I have used Mathews Tree Service and have recommended them to others. Crews are hardest working I have ever seen.

Description of Work: Cut down large black walnut tree, large pine, small pine, 2 bushes. Cut walnut tree into firewood sized pieces and stacked. Ground out all stumps, and cleaned up areas. Very happy with them, and they did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: Removed 4 ash trees and ground stumps. The crew was punctual, respectful, and answered all the questions I had. They did a nice job cleaning up the site when they were finished.

Description of Work: We live in an area of 65ft to 85ft Maples and Sycamores. One of the Maple trees had a limb that hung directly over our bathroom skylight. The skylight was a constant reminder that no one would stand a chance if they happened to be in the bathroom when that limb fell! Mr. Matthews was called. We knew when we met him that he was honest and reliable. We couldn't be happier with the finished work. Bringing the limb off the tree was scary as it had to be cut in pieces and lowered by rope so as not to damage other out buildings. When they finished cleaning up, you couldn't tell that they had been here! We were more than satisfied and will use them in the future.

Description of Work: Mathews Tree Service removed a large maple tree from my back yard. The tree had lost large branches in last two storms and needed to go. They were quick in responding to my request for an estimate and were able schedule the taking of the tree down in less than a week. They came out in the morning and were down by mid afternoon. They had to take the tree down piecemeal due to it being a city lot with power lines nearby. They did an excellent job and I would use them again.

Description of Work: They cut down a tall pine tree, 3 tall bushes and 1 medium sized bush, and ground stumps. It went fine. I thought they charges too much for the bushes and their stumps but they were right here and that wasn't talked about in the original estimate. I decided that later when they were here.
