Description of Work: The original ad I purchased though Angie's list was - $49 "inspection and tune up." At the time my air conditioning was having trouble keeping up with cooking the house in the heat so I was expecting something to actually be "tuned up". However it was merely an inspection in which I was told everything was looking fine and for approximately $200 I could get some fluids replaced to improve pressures within my unit and improve airflow. The service technician was very nice, professional, and punctual, but I did not feel I got very much out of my $50 "inspection and tune up". I ended up calling back a few days later when the temperature was up in the high 90s and with my A/C set on 65 in remained around 85 in my house. After this visit I felt the technician went above and beyond to thoroughly clean out my unit and give me instructions on things I could do to improve airflow. I ended up paying almost $400 to get some fluids replaced and repair a potential leak which I felt was very expensive, especially after already paying for a tune up.

Description of Work: Air conditioning system check-up purchased with Angie's List special at $49. Service person arrived when scheduled with courtesy call 15 minutes ahead of time. Thoroughly inspected the AC system and took the time to explain in layman's terms what was being checked and the measures that indicate performance was within normal range. Seven year old system checked out ok; no pressure to buy any additional services or have any repairs done. Very courteous and took good measures to ensure that no dirt or debris was brought into the house. Would use for future system checks and/or repairs. | |Quality rating of 'B' only because I would not know if defects in the system were missed as part of check-up. I would reserve an 'A' for a repair that was done correctly and proper functionality restored. 'A' not applicable for service check-up.

Description of Work: Serviced my home air conditioner unit. The service man did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the job he did!

Description of Work: I had Aire Serv come out to inspect my a/c furnace which we do every fall/spring. I had scheduled appt during my lunch hour & of course, get the call saying he was running late but I was happy that at least they called. Fortunately I was able to adjust my schedule to accommodate late appt. He inspected furnace & a/c & was very knowledgeable abt what he said & did. Would recommend & use in the future.
