WE ONLY WANTED ONE TREE DONE BUT THEY DID THE ESTIMATE FOR THE ENTIRE COURTYARD. THEIR PRICES SEEMED VERY HIGH. WHEN WE CALLED ABOUT THE MISTAKE IN THE ESTIMATE, THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE $100 OFF

I THOUGHT HIS CHARGE FOR AN ESTIMATE WAS FAIR BECAUSE HE HAS TO SPEND TIME AND EFFORT TO COME TO MY HOUSE. HE THEN MADE IT POSSIBLE TO SAVE MONEY BY DOING THE WORK MYSELF. I AM HARD TO REACH BY PHONE SO IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET OUR SCHEDULES ALIGNED. HE DIDN''T GIVE UP EVEN THOUGH WE PLAYED PHONE TAG FOR A WHILE. I TRUSTED HIS EXPERIENCE AND WAS GRATEFUL FOR THE CHANCE TO DO THE WORK MYSELF.
