Description of Work: They had to replace the water pump on the washer. The serviceman was very courteous and showed me the part that was broken. He had to order the part. He apprised me of the cost and obtained my approval before completing the work. Very satisfied with the service.

I appreciated his professionalism and not replacing a part that did not need to be. |Was two days later than scheduled do to vehicle and weather issues. Called both times and rescheduled.

Description of Work: Frank repaired my Whirlpool washer by replacing a drive coupler. He was very courteous and friendly. He arrived between the hours promised and wasted no time in getting to work. We will use this company again if we need service.

Description of Work: I had an old washer that conked out and I was reluctant to sink a bunch of money into repairing it. I called Affordable Appliance and the gentleman walked me through 3 simple tests on the phone so he could diagnose the problem without a service call. He was able to tell me what was wrong and was very understanding of my situation, saving me about $250 in the process. Most people would have charged a service call just to tell me the same thing.
