Quite well. Door is quiet and works like a charm. Its color was also perfect.

Shawn Walcutt installed two new garage doors, rails, openers, springs, etc for our house. He had a nice selection of doors, and we were able to pick doors that closely matched our old doors. He was quick and efficient, and very professional. Outstanding service - he was very punctual, very polite and friendly, and he cleaned up what little mess there was. He also walked us through the process of setting up our remotes and programming the openers. I would recommend to anyone. In fact, I gave his card to a neighbor because he was impressed too.

Garage Door cable broke because of rust causing the door to slam closed at an angle.  Fortunate to have driven the car into the garage just before.  Just-so-happened that as I looked out of the garage I saw Shawn and Team from 'Above-the-Rest Garage Door Service' installing a new garage door at my neighbor's house.  I walked across the street, liked the quality work that Shawn & Team were doing so decided to ask if they could repair my door that just broke.  Shawn said he would be happy to look at the door.  I even suggested installing an entireley new door if necessary.  As soon as Shawn completed my neighbor's repair, he came to my house and said that only the cables and brackets needed to be replaced.  I asked him to replace the strut as well because it was bent.  Shawn & Team quickly made repairs, adjusted springs and had to alter the center bearing bracket that was incorrectly installed by a previous repair company.  That bracket was oversized and caused the door and strut to bend in the center.  In my opinion and from directly observing Shawn & Team's work that they used quality parts, worked efficiently and knew what they were doing.  I certainly appreciated that Shawn didn't try to sell me something I didn't need (a new garage door & hardware).  Will certainly utilize his services if needed in the future.  Also found out that another neighbor had utilized Shawn's services in the past and was very complimentary of his work.  The door now works quieter than before because of the adjustments Shawn made to the previous repair company's work.  Hope this review helps you in your decision.

Very pleased and highly recommended! The service these folks provided could not have been any better! A torsion spring on my old, heavy garage door broke, leaving me unable to open the door. Contacted Above the Rest and they agreed to come fix it , even though it was the end of the work day. Shawn replaced both springs, with two new, appropriately-rated and matching springs, as should have been done before. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and the price was quite fair. After Priestas Bros. repaired garage damage and framed in for an 18 ft door, they contracted with Shawn and his wife to install a new 18 ft steel insulated door and Liftmaster opener. The price was part of the overall payment to Priestas. They said they never used anyone but Shawn and after they completed the job, I know why. They were very professional and curtious. We couldn't be more pleased. The door is exactly what we wanted and opens and closes so quietly you can barely hear it. It even has a battery backup and keyless entery installed right by the back door. Thank you.
