We are a 3 generation family business that takes pride in offering the highest quality and guaranteed lowest price. We offer trenchless options on waterline replacements in most cases to minimize disturbance to your property with up to 20 year warranty included. The service, price, quality were truly A1 from this family run business. The boys were on time and worked as if the water line work was for their own property and not mine. Professional and courteous at all times. This is a perfect example of why I try to utilize a business such as this and avoid the giant impersonal outfits you all know. Brothers Ed and Blue arrived within an hour for the initial review and estimate. Both were friendly, considerate and down-to-earth. On the work day, they arrived on-time and got right down to business. Water main replacement went smoothly, clean up done well and dig site filled and seeded. I chose these guys because of price, they didn't need to rip up my sidewalk and because they were genuine. They did not fail in any of these areas. Great guys, would definitely recommend.

They were prompt a professional. Water line that needed replacing, ran under steps to a concrete porch. Provided 2 options. Very knowledgeable. Had several other quotes, but they seemed to involve cutting up the asphalt driveway, digging roots of trees, etc. This repair required excavating at the city water tap in the yard. They back-filled the hole and threw down grass seed and straw. Also the pricing was reasonable for this type of work Very pleased and would highly recommend A1

They replaced our water main from city connection into basement. They dug just at city connection and right next to home where pipe came in. This allowed for minimal damage to lawn. They seeded and applied hay to are where grass was removed. Friendly, professional and were great to work with from estimate through finish.

Four reasons I would recommend A1 Pro Services. 1) Ed from A1 responded to my request for a quote immediately after I sent the request via Angie's List and was at my house to provide an assessment of the issue and quote within a day. 2) Their quote was $2,000 less than the other two companies that quoted the same job. 3) A1 showed up on time and completed the job, including inspection, within the quoted time. 4) Ed and team were respectful to me, my wife and our property during the entire experience. I hired A1 Pro Services to install a pool and concrete patio. The lines in my concrete do not match. The concrete is chipping away in big chunks. The bottom of my pool is not smooth. When they installed the concrete, they only used two people for a patio that is very large. I looked at previous images and personally went to a job they were working on before hiring them. Our concrete job looks nothing like those jobs.

Not only were they lower then their competitors, but they were professional, on time, communicated with us, did an outstanding job, and cleaned up everything to it was barely noticeable that they dug up the ground. Repaired water leak just outside the meter. Difficult issues included irrigation, drain, and gas line all in very close proximity to the trench area. Hand-dug much of the trench due to those issues. Leak repaired properly in a quick and timely manner.
