Benedict Roofing was established three generations ago by Joseph Benedict I, on 25th & Denison in Cleveland Ohio. Columbia Station became the new home of Benedict Roofing when the second generation Joseph Benedict II continued the tradition of quality roofing. Today, brothers Bob Benedict and Chris Benedict are the third generation in the Benedict Roofing legacy. They continue to serve Northeast Ohio and continue giving their costumers the same high quality standards as their father and grandfather. Benedict Roofing has the highest quality standards. You know that every roof will be done right because Bob Benedict and Chris Benedict are always on the job working along side their crews. Benedict Roofing does not subcontract any of their work – never have and never will. Every roof by Benedict Roofing is personally hand-nailed by one of the owners. The same way it has been done for over sixty years. We use real nails and we hand-nail every one of them. This is to insure that every shingle is correctly aligned and secured to your roof. The difference can be clearly seen on a windy day. Benedict Roofing knows that a great looking yard is just as important as a great looking roof. We treat your landscaping with the highest regard. I HAVE A VERY LARGE HOUSE! THEY WERE VERY CLEAN! THERE WAS NOT A BIT OF DEBRIS WHEN THEY WERE DONE! THEY CLEANED UP EVERY NIGHT WHEN THEY LEFT. SHORTLY AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED, WE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM, SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM!

GREAT JOB. THE GUYS WORK WITH THE CREWS DURING THE DAY, SO EXPECT RETURN PHONE CALLS IN THE EVENING. I'VE ALSO HAD FRIENDS THAT HAVE USED THEM, AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY. THEY HAND NAIL THE SHINGLES, WHICH IS A PLUS. THE PRICE WAS GOOD FOR ALL THE WORK WE HAD DONE, MUCH OF IT ADDED AT OUR REQUEST. IT WOULD HAVE COST DOUBLE WITH SOME OF THE OTHER COMPANIES WE GOT ESTIMATES FROM!

EXCELLENT WORKING EXPERIENCE. ALL ASPECTS OF THE JOB WENT WELL. THE HOUSE BEING WORKED ON WAS MY MOTHER-IN-LAWS HOUSE AND SHE WAS VERY STRESSED OUT ABOUT HAVING THE WORK DONE, BUT AS BENEDICT ROOFING (BOB) BEGAN THE JOB, MY MOTHER-IN-LAW BECAME VERY HAPPY AND COMFORTABLE WITH BOB. IN THE END, SHE SAID IT WAS A VERY ENJOYABLE PROJECT. EXCELLENT JOB BENEDICT ROOFING.

THEY GOT BACK TO US REALLY QUICKLY AND GOT THE WORK DONE. THEY WERE HALF LOWER THAN ALL OTHER ESTIMATES! I HAVE KIDS THAT NAP, AND HE CALLED BEFORE COMING TO MAKE SURE THE TIMING WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME. HE WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT WORKING WITH US ON PAYMENT AND WAS VERY HONEST ABOUT HIS EVALUATION OF THE REPAIR WORK. VERY GOOD WORK! WERE GOING TO HAVE HIM BACK TO DO OTHER WORK!
