This company was true to their invoice, what they quoted. They we're lowest, time wise absolutely the best. They also finish the job within a half of the day. I highly recommend them.

From the free quote to the installation, these guys were very professional, and very accommodating of my schedule, coming out to meet me after 5pm so I didn't have to try to work around my work hours. The crew was great! They got to the house and were on the room in minutes getting to work! they did the whole house and garage in only 5 hours I was amazed! I highly recommend ACR Contracting!

We had our roof replaced by ACR. We we're very impressed from getting the estimate to getting the work completed. They were very honest and delivered what was promised. We had one small problem, but it was corrected immediately. They seem very dedicated to do the best possible job possible. After getting 3 estimates we found they were very reasonable in there pricing.

This is the second roof ACR has done for us. They have a large crew that does not slow down and they do great work! The most recent job was two roofs on our new house and a detached garage. They finished the whole job in 4-5 hours with an immaculate clean up. They do not expect payment until the job is complete. We highly recommend ACR for your roofing needs.

They went above and beyond helping me with my insurance company and fighting my cause from a wind storm and a tree falling on my roof on March 4, 2023. They relentlessly pursued my insurance company for 7 months, sent my shingles to ITEL, and requested a second adjuster from my insurance company be sent to my house for an inspection and filed a complaint with the Department of Insurance. They took the time to answer any questions I had and provided me with all options available - from repair to replacement, based on the final decision about my claim from the insurance company. ACR Contracting went through a lot with my insurance company, and I know they did a lot more for me than is required from a signed "Business Contract." There are no adequate, eloquent, or appropriate words that could represent, describe, or express the kind of review ACR Contracting deserves or should be advertised and written about in this review because they are a gift, priceless, and truly a blessing. ACR Contracting pursued my insurance company and claim, as if I were family, a friend, and not just a client. Their company is not about big business and money but family, integrity, and justice. ACR was recommended by a friend who was in the construction industry. They gave a competitive estimate, and explained the job in detail. They used high quality materials, and finished in one day. Ultimately, they finished right on the estimate, and below the other estimates we received (which were all similar). Our new roof looks great.

We live in the Castle Homes area of Akron off of Manchester Road. We hired ACR Contracting to remove our old asphalt shingles and replace them with new dimensional shingles. Bob's presentation during the estimate gathering portion of the project was very professional and really sold me on his company. The work was performed by an Amish crew, and they comleted the work in less than 8 hours. They also did my shed which wasn't even in my plans for the project.
