I had Robert Jones do lots of work for me since Feb. they were great and helpful at first and I paid them a lot of money. Then it changed. I had some more issues they started not showing up on time canceling the day of. Then this last time was pretty crazy. I had some leaking pipes in my crawlspace, first they canceled twice the day of. The first guy came and literally put a copper pipe into the grey pipe just stuffed it in there. He did not check any other pipes in the area and guess what they were all leaking as well. The second guy came and then replaced all the work of the first guy. I got home from work checked the area and their was water dripping at a bucket an hour in the crawlspace from a disconnected air conditioner condensation line. I was trying to have the crawl space repaired the next day had an insulation company coming but now all sudden after they left I had some pipe I had never seen dumping water into the crawlspace. I called them right away trying to get them back out and they said no problem they would send the on call guy. The on call guy called and said he was on his way, then never showed. We called until about ten o clock at night trying to get someone out for a large amount of water in my crawlspace and they then proceeded to just ignore us. Next day they claimed on call guy was supposed to tell us he wasn't coming....well it was an emergency that they told us they were coming then blew us off and acted like it was OK, not to count how much water got dumped in my crawlspace. That day the guy came back to repair that ac line they had two guys run the ac line outside. When they were leaving they proceeded to run over my flowerpot (like a big giant flowerpot) solar light and my pole wit my address on it. They did not come in and tell me it wasn't until later that it was discovered and I can see them do it on my ring camera. They backed up, stopped then got out did something then drove off. I contacted Robert Jones they asked me to send pictures which i did, they said the owner Bob Jones (owner) would contact me it has been well over a week. We then got a bill for 2500 dollars including the work from the first guy that the 2nd guy replaced. I would be careful with this company and their customer service is well as you can pretty terrible. Thanks

It was an easy job, I just didn't own the right tool. I've hired this company before and they are always competent and professional. Their price is on the high side, but they treat you like a customer, whereas many companies do not.

Great! I actually wasn't living there and I left them a key (a friend knows them and said they were trustworthy). I went to the house afterwards to check their work and was impressed. They sent a bill. I can't remember the exact amount, but it was much less than I thought it would be.

They’re really very professional, believe it or not, they’re very professional. He was professional, but hilarious. He was like a million years old & he looked at what I wanted to do and he looked at me and he goes, “you don’t want to do that, it will cost you more money than you want to spend!” It was great, I love that stuff. It was all through insurance, we had a house fire. I saw bills, but I didn’t pay any, so I didn’t care. Nothing leaks, so I give them an “A” for quality. He was always here. I can’t believe I’m giving a plumber all of these “A’s”!

They were there for an hour, when they left, the rug in the bathroom was filthy. The white floor was black in the kitchen. The cabinet was so bad that the contractor who was recontructing the kitchen had to re paint them. They had to come back out because the didnt correct everything, I had to wait all afternoon for the company to come out and they never came. They didnt call or anything to let us know.

The guy took two hours to fix the faucet. The main thing I wanted him to fix he could not fix. He never called back to reschedule. He told me he had to research how to fix the other problem. I was not satisfied to where I would recommend them or use them again.

We have used him for the past 10 year. He always does great work and is always prompt.  They are also good when you need someone on weekends as well.  I would highly recommend this company as well as continue to use them when I need to.

Robert Jones Plumbing said they would show up in the afternoon, of 10-16-2014 but showed up just after 8:00 am.  Ordinarily that would not be a bad thing, however, I was on my way to an appointment in Dayton and was already on the road.  I had to turn around to let them in to work which caused me to be late for my appointment.  I also had to call in my engineer to stay with the plumbers costing us money.  I called the company to complain and they offered to discount my bill by the cost of the service call, $60.00, bringing my total for the work to $365.  
The latest news is that Duke Energy came over to turn on the gas in mid November in preparation for the winter.  Duke Energy's employee informed me that the plumber failed to ground the pipe, i.e. Robert Jones Plumbing's work is not to code.  I subsequently had to get someone else to finish the job that Robert Jones Plumbing did not do correctly.  Based on this latest piece of information combined with the visit on 10/16/2014 as well as previous work they did for me in 2012 I will not be engaging their services again.

Robert Jones Plumbing responded to my call within 2 hours.  We had a water leak behind a wall that was damaging the drywall.  The plumber was extremely professional and expert.  They found the leak, repaired it and rerouted the line to make the wall repair more easily accomplished later.  This is a great plumbing contractor.

He not only fixed my leaky bathtub faucet, but he removed the handheld shower head because it leaked and did not work properly, and checked my garbage disposal because it had frozen.  He was very professional, reasonably priced and thorough.

They had good quality work.

Dave from Robert Jones was wonderful.  He came out to install the toilet, only to discover that it didn't fit in the bathroom.  He had to re-schedule the appointment because he was going to have to do some reconstruction of our pipes to make it fit.  When he came back the 2nd time, he said he had been thinking about our problem, and he had some new, cheaper ideas.  He came up with two separate ideas for how to place the toilet so that it would fit in the bathroom.  We were delighted with his suggestions.  Dave was pleasant, competent, creative,  professional, and punctual.  We were totally pleased with his work and would use this plumber again.  We are also pleased with the  power assist toilet.  Several people had tried to talk us out of it.  It is louder than most, but it works!  Every time.

I've used Robert Jones for several years now for plumbing.  
Their plumbers are very nice, professional, and considerate. 
This last service I feel was extremely over priced for simply fixing a sink leak.  If only I was just a little handy, I could have done it for much, much less.  
Although previous services, were seemingly expensive- were much larger jobs in comparison to the dripping faucet...  I now have hindsight for a comparison.    All in all I will use them again and I do recommend them.

They did excellent work. They explained everything to me as they went so that was very helpful. They were reasonably priced.

They are excellent. I do not know how much they would charge me this time but they had done the same job about five months ago and it was $150 that time. They are trustworthy.

I thought there response was a little slow.  They decided that it was not anything to do with the drain being clogged but instead had to do with the fire department having been out on the corner and flooding the pipes.  After they got here they were very congenial and did a good job.

It was on a rental property and I don't know a lot of the specifics because my tenant set it up but they got the job done and I paid the bill. They got it done pretty quickly but I don't know if they were on time. I assume they came when they were supposed to.

Service call was agreed to by both parties.  On their normal business hours.  The serviceman was courteous and efficient.  Work completed.   Charge seemed excessive for 20 minutes work.  Work was performed satisfactorily.
