They are amazing. They are very responsive and thorough. Their work is clean, tidy, and effective. They go above and beyond.

Plumber was very nice, went right to work and was finished in 15 minutes. No complaints about the person or his work.
The problem was the $128 fixed rate charge for the job. For 15 minutes work and no parts, that computes to an hourly charge of $512.

The process went very well. Their response time to my initial e-mail request & appointment scheduled was within a day.

I was very pleased because they were able to come out quickly.

I obtained an estimate that was reasonable for the work to be performed, comparable to others I had obtained. On the day of the work, two crews arrived, one for the inside work, the other for the outside work, both unaware of the scope of the job and not well prepared. Outside - They had not previously located the line so they guessed and dug...poor approach. In the end, 4 experienced plumbers stood around a hole for 40 minutes trying to figure this out and meanwhile, it was me, the home owner, deciding where to run the new line. The new line was finally run and backfilled. Inside - The crew of one was quick to be frustrated by the size of this job without any other help for 3 days. He ultimately took many shortcuts that cost me dearly. He was set up to fail but still was not concerned enough to do the right thing. Ultimately, the new sanitary drain works well. I had no further ramifications from the outside work. Not so true for the inside work. The worker did such a poor job re-cementing the floor that I had water in my basement with each rain and the floor just looked horrible. I called the company and sent photos of this about a month after the work was done. They readily agreed and asked why I even paid my bill! They agreed to redo the inside work free of charge. What I suspected was true, when they tore up the floor for the 2nd time, the first worker had backfilled with all the mud and clay pipe pieces he had dug out. The company dug down further, backfilled with gravel, and had a real finish concrete contractor do the floor. It look much better and did not leak. It was a real mess, though, keeping my basement a mess for months and months. I am glad they stepped up and redid the work without charging me any more but this job was poorly managed all around.

I AM ALWAYS HAPPY WITH KEN NEYER PLUMBING. THEY HAVE HELPED ME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHEN I HAD WATER COMING IN MY BASEMENT AND DRAINS CLOGGED. I WLL CONTINUE TO USE THEM TO MAINTAIN AND REPLACE MY PLUMBING WHEN NEEDED.
