I have owned a company for over 37 years. I treat my customers like family, and so does ASAP Critter people. Tim took time and great care to ensure that our critters were gone. He explained in great detail what he was doing and what was going on in our attic. I would highly recommend the company again.

They were wonderful! They came immediately, very nice and I can't say enough good things about them.

We had a strange odor in the house and feared that critters had gotten into the attic. Tim did a very thorough inspection on the outside, on the roof, and even climbing into the attic. He reassured us that there had been no animal intrusion or presence. He did suggest installing screens in the 61 weep holes around the house and plugging some small holes for mouse/insect control. Very low key, no pressure - just a suggestion. We agreed and contracted for ASAP to do the work. (Of interest, the odor was a failing motor on the HVAC fan.). ASAP Critter People will be my first call if I lose the raccoon battle anytime in the future.

The people at ASAP Critter People are awesome! They determined that there were likely squirrels that chewed into the roof and were living in the soffit. They baited two cages and left them on the roof. We caught 4 squirrels in just a matter of days. The problem was completely resolved and they even put a temporary fix on the hole until a roofer could come and repair the damage. I would DEFINITELY hire them again!

Took a few weeks but the squirrels were removed and a wire cover was installed over the hold in the roof. Easy to work with and would hire again.

I need to send a BIG THANK YOU to 'ASAP Critter People'. I contacted them to get pricing for removal of skunks that my neighbor thought was living under my back porch. After talking with Mary & Sunny, I scheduled for Tim to come out to set the traps. Tim did an inspection around my house & informed me that he did not think there were skunks under my porch. What a relief!! They are a family owned & operated company. They were prompt, professional, informative & a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!

I've used them one other time in the past, and have been quite pleased!! Two thumbs up! This time, I had quite a few moles which required 5 weeks of trapping. In the interim, I discovered a chipmunk problem as well. They gave me a discount on the chipmunk trapping, since we were already dealing with the mole issue at the same time. Previously, they helped me with a squirrel issue.

WE are soooo happy you were able to take care of the squirrels in our attic. we thought they would never leave. Tim and other guys did a great job in trapping these squirrels patiently. They then fixed the area where the squirrels were getting into the attic. Not only that, they also fixed some of the roof leaking area for us. They are very professional and friendly. They showed up the first week and put out numerous traps. Caught three moles the first week and let the traps for a second week and did not catch anymore. There are still moles present in the yard but that was always possible. They were clear they could not guarantee every single mole would be removed. When they were first setting the traps the person how came out took the time to answer all my questions and toured the whole yard with me. Service was excellent. I though the price was a little high but after the time and money I spent trying to remove them on my own I felt it was worth the expense.

It went well. He searched all along the roof line to look for areas were a critter could get in. He didn't see any issues and determined that it was probably just a mouse. He gave me some suggestions on what to do and I haven't had any issues since. He tacked up part of my soffit that was drooping even though he didn't think that was the source of the problem. I appreciated him going to that extra effort. I can't remember the exact cost but it was around $85.00.

Timeliness and repair work exceeded my expectations.

The technician, Tim was very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered all my questions. I was supposed to check every day to see if anything was caught in the live traps and call in by 10am. Many methods were used. Squirrels were not caught, but after making sure they were out of the attic at that time, entry points were blocked. Live cages were left up for awhile. More permanent closures were made. So far, no recurrence. I would hire them again. They were knowledgeable and conscientious.

Can't say enough good things about ASAP critter people!! They extremely knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, reliable, and considerate. After calling too many animal removal services that were both unable to explain clearly their process of removal, as well as being way overpriced, I finally found ASAP critter people. Mary answered the phone and spent 10 minutes answering my questions and explaining the mole removal process. She was by far the kindest and most knowledgable customer service representative I have ever spoken to. And even more, They kept us informed every step of the process; even took the time to show me how the traps work and showing the grubs that the moles were feeding off of. Captured two and the company was professional and responsive from beginning to end.

We had squirrels in our roof that the inspector missed the entry point of. When we saw where they were coming in he came out with traps (and took some money off for missing it). They were speedy and I don't hear walnuts rolling in my walls anymore.

The critter people are prompt and effective. The unwanted guests are re-homed and there is wonderful communication. My female squirrel was pregnant! I was relieved have her and the remainder of her family relocated.

ASAP did a fantastic job of getting rid of the huge mole that was destroying my yard. They came out, walked the yard to find trails and holes, set some traps, came back several days later and voila! They caught a very large mole that was causing big damage. They did a follow-up visit but no other moles were present so my yard was once again mole-free. The gentlemen who did the work were very professional and polite. It was a pleasure to do business with ASAP and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a pest or critter problem. My yard is mole-free and back to looking even again thanks to ASAP!

Great work, came back multiple times until the whole family was removed.

There were no critters, so there was no charge. I like that way of doing business.

They were knowledgable and thorough. It was pricey work, but then again, it was not exactly easy work to do, and professional help was needed, so we were satisfied. This was not a project for an amateur! Our main concern was that the humane traps were not so humane when animals were trapped on a roof in freezing weather for 20 hours or more. It´s hard to say what else could have been done. Options are limited in the city: you can´t shoot them. We understand that the person who checks traps has a busy schedule running all over the area checking everyone´s traps. We wished there were a quicker way to get the animals out. Some of them froze to death. :-( We had quite a few captured which may have come out of our attic, before the entrance could finally be sealed! We´re satisfied with the repair; they explained the materials they could use and offered us the option of contracting that out to someone else. We chose to have them do it.

Very happy with their service and would recommend them highly. The office staff was great as well.

They have done the great job from first day of inspection to catch squirrels and fixed the open vents. They are very knowledgeable about animals and behaviors, so they arranged the traps in such a way that , squirrels trapped easily. They completely inspected entire roof to make sure no issues in future. I will recommend strongly to use their services.
