In September, the Salesman said windows would be installed by November and then "after the 3-day recision cancellation period" had passed, changed it to mid-January, when there is snow. Window Nation tries to take advantage of the elderly. 4 small, bedroom replacement windows for $4929 and the sale was "Buy one Window, Get one Free."

The whole experience was awful. The total cost for 12 windows and a sliding door was over $18,000 dollars. The installers didn't seem to know what they were doing. They put the old windows outside against a tree and broke glass all over the place. Our big front window was not what we expected. We watched them install it and it was sagging and not straight. My husband questioned them and was told you won't be able to tell once you put your curtains up. After it was done it wouldn't open right and the latches wouldn't work. The screen had holes in it. After they were done they left without showing us their work. My husband walked into his bedroom and the front window was broken and covered with cardboard. They didn't even tell us that they had broken it. We had them installed in 5/18 and we are already replacing them. There's so much cold air coming from them already that you can actually feel the drafts.We had the whole house insulated and installed a whole new heating and air conditioning system since we got the windows and it's ridiculous that our house is this cold and drafty. We basically threw our money away on over priced, very poor quality windows. We have Anderson's coming out to replace them. We obviously should have called them first and we wouldn't be in this situation. I would never recommend Window Nation to anyone and I cringe everytime I see one of their commercials. It's all nothing but lies.

Extremely well. Fabrication took a little longer than expected, but that’s not at all unusual in this market. Every person we worked with was terrific. The craftsmanship and professionalism of our installation crew exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Window Nation.

The team did a great job. Joe was very personal and professional. He explained the products and process clearly. The windows were produced in the quoted timeframe. The installation team was stellar. Was quoted 2-3 days and was lucky enough to have it done in one. The crew was respectful and clean. Left the house in great condition. I would recommend Jack, John and Kenny to anyone. Good work!

Good experience from initial contact to end of project. Communication was great. We received an email from the owner of the company after the project was completed.

Our installer, Jason did an excellent job. The windows were installed in area with my mother who needs special care, and he made her comfortable with his installation. He was conscientious and efficient in his install. He was very patient with my son (10 years old) who had to watch (and help) on a project of this importance! The windows are great and the finish work covered well inside and out.

Very well! There was one small hole in a screen in the kitchen window (photo attached). I can't believe how quickly the workers got the windows installed! Such hard workers!

This took a process of months and months. Nothing about it was easy. At first I was understanding because of covid, but once they showed up missing 3 windows during the initial install day (after I had master measurements taken by their pro which was a completely different appointment) because they were the wrong size I realized it’s the company itself. It took a total of 3 different install days which were weeks and months apart for all of the work to be completed. I was told the windows that were measured wrong would be front loaded which obviously did not happen. I was also left with no contact number because the original team lead retired and I wasn’t notified nor given any other contact leaving me to call the general hotline number to see when the additional work would be completed. The second install time they sent me ripped screens creating a whole other appointment day for me to deal with once again. During this time I was contacted several times to pay in full even though the work was not yet completed. Hands down I wish I went with a different company. I NEVER write reviews. This company needed one.

We ordered new windows at the beginning of September and were quoted a 10 to 14 week turn around time which worked out well with a baby on the way. But much to my surprise, after only 4 weeks the windows were in and ready to be installed. Installation was fast and I would have never guessed they had been here had I not been home as there was no signs of any construction left behind.

Not having the right color on first appt. Delayed repair by 2 weeks. The repair was done and done satisfactorily.

everything went. Well The wait on the windows was a bit long Of course the Pandemic may have. Had a lot to do With that. We are very happy with the choice of windows. We were looking for casement windows but did not need them to open. The salesman suggested sliders. Good call we love them and they look 👌 very nice. All in all the experience was excellent The install went very well. It was on time as scheduled. The installer, Alex, was superb . He was professional and very well organized, efficient and friendly.

good communication throughout. Sales helpful. Three people took measurements prior to installing the windows. Installation was professional (thank you David) and job was completed within the estimated timeframe. Cleanup of the area was excellent.

Better than I expected. The whole experience was very easy. It started with my sales person Rob and then the crew that did the install. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. Rob was outstanding in describing the product I was buying and why Windows Nation was the best choice. The install crew was prompt, organized and worked together like a well oiled machine. Could not be happier the product and service provided.

The crew that Window Nation sent was absolutely wonderful! They were professional and courteous, and went above and beyond our expectations with the install. Our house went from lacking curb appeal and being extremely dull looking to a home I am proud to call my own! We will definitely being recommending Window Nation to my Family and Friends.

The sales quoting process was a mess. Then when they did the technical measure process they lost all the data and had to repeat that process. When the windows did arrive the installation crew was GREAT. The team leaders were Cory and Kenny and with 3 others they knocked out the entire project in 2 days and left our house looking great inside and out.

poorly. research any project a LOT, ask for samples to see to look at quality, get a detailed contract with specifics. a 50 pt factory inspection didn't stop wrong grids on windows after waiting a month for them, then 3 weeks more for proper grids then more for new grids come as they were cracked when installed 2nd time. my advice- research, get good quality, good service, and price and go with those companies. make sure also you can be on the property watching them and able to ask questions. if you cannot, avoid. 2 for price of 1 aint good when the product et al isn't. did they work to rectify? yes but long, expensive experience. learned a lot I need to know as a senior if I ever do repairs again. 2.5 is more adequate an overall rating. 5 more to do but never never again

Salesman seemed decent but turned out to be just that.. a salesman. Can't blame him for doing his job but he did a lot of bs-ing as it later turned out. I tried contacting someone about an issue we ran in to and never heard back. When my windows were installed they were supposed to take 1 long day so that's what I planned for with my mean dog. Guys showed up after 10 worked less than 5 hours with more smoke breaks than work being done and said they had to come back another day to finish. I tired to get an estimated time so to plan for my dog to be gone again and I was told 10 am and they didn't show up until after 1230. My husband is in construction so he had to correct them on the way they were framing the windows and the head guy didn't like it because the CORRECT way takes a little longer and he had an attitude the rest of the time they were here. The windows do look nice as they should for spending a thousand dollars per window.

The service was excellent. I was kept informed of the timelines from measuring to the building and finally the installation. The tradesmen were courteous, prompt and professional

Great job. The installer had his co-worker call off and he did it all so well, by himself. Nice guy- Steve, i think? who even called in a repair I wouldn't have caught myself. Very grateful for this gentleman and his excellent work ethic!
