They were excellent and I'd recommend them. The price is about a year of service.

Jim had lots of great landscaping ideas, he took my budget into consideration, gladly broke the estimate down into three separate jobs so I could decide which I wanted to have done based on the cost of each project. I decided to proceed with two areas, and although I waited a little while before the work was done, they did a fabulous job, it looks nicer than I ever could have imaged and I couldn't be happier with the completed projects.

Great. They saw that their regular core aerator was not going to do the job and brought a deeper one out on their own.

I have been with Eastside for a number of years for both Snow Removal and Lawn Service and have noticed their service quality declining over the years. For snow removal, they are not reliable compared with other plowing services I see operating in the neighborhood. During big storms, they do not do interim plowing and wait until so much snow builds up that they can't deal with it effectively. Lately, it is a cause for celebration when they arrive on time so that I can get out in time for work (specific time requested on contract as no later than 7:15 am). As for Lawn Service, they tack on additional clean-up services and fertilizer applications without the consent of the customer. After more than seven years with this company, I am finally out of patience with their lack of focus on customer satisfaction.

He did a good job. He is very punctual, once you sign a contract with him he comes about the same time every week.

I originally chose this company because they are one of the few that uses a jeep to plow tight driveways, which mine is. However, the company failed to remove the snow from my driveway as their contract stated they would. They also returned only one of the dozens of phone calls I made to them when they failed to show up after each significant snowfall. I ended up shoveling the driveway each and every snowfall -- even after that horrendous storm we had just before Christmas! -- because they failed to show up.

We use Eastside for snow removal and that service is excellent, but we found their responsiveness and price for tree trimming to be lacking.

We've been very pleased. They always come within a reasonable time after or during a snow, and they do a good job plowing our long, narrow driveway. We are able to get both cars out of the garage and down the driveway with no problem. They also have a nice renewal process each year which is all done by mail.

Never returned my phone call.

THIS COMPANY NEVER RETURNED PHONE CALLS AND FAILED TO REMOVE THE SNOW ON MY DRIVEWAY THROUGHOUT THE SEASON.

Its a small job yet the estimate was for $1000 which I thought was too much.

They were not always reliable as stated. Sometimes they would come in the middle of the day when I expected them earlier. They asked on their application the times that I left in the AM and returned in the PM. Sometimes they would follow thru and other times not. My neighbors had no problem with their plowman.

WOULD RATE AS AVERAGE SERVICE. TECHNICIANS DID NOT SEEM REAL KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND WERE UNABLE TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS ON A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 4 SEASONS AND WE'VE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THE DRIVE IS USUALLY CLEARED BY THE TIME WE GO TO WORK. THE ONLY TIME THERE IS A DELAY IS WHEN THERE IS A MAJOR STORM.

A LITTLE SLOW RESPONDING TO INITIAL REQUEST FOR ESTIMATE. EVENTUALLY CAME OUT THE DAY I CALLED TO INQUIRE AS TO THEIR WHEREABOUTS! DID THE JOB IMMEDIATELY, INCLUDING REMOVAL OF TREE & GRINDING OF STUMP. EXCELLENT WORK & VERY REASONABLE PRICE!

PRICE IS FOR THE SEASON. I'VE NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM GETTING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY. THEY'RE ALWAYS HERE WHEN THEY NEED TO BE.

I HAVE A DRIVEWAY THAT HOLDS TWO CARS AND THEY PLOWED RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE. THEY WENT INTO THE YARD IN A FEW SECTIONS AND THEY BACKED THEIR TRUCK INTO MY GRASS MANY TIMES AND DUG IT UP. THEY ALSO PLOWED THE SNOW TOO LOW AND DUG INTO THE LAWN. THEY EVEN HAD MARKERS, BUT WE WERE CONSTANTLY PUTTING THE MARKERS BACK UP, BECAUSE THEY WERE KNOCKING THEM DOWN. THEY WERE NOT EVEN PLOWING WHERE THEY KNOCKED THE MARKERS DOWN. THE LAST STORM THAT WE HAD, THEY DID NOT COME (I HAD A DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT AND COULD NOT GET OUT), MY HUSBAND CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MAN'S WIFE AND SHE SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE OUT AND WOULD NOT BE RETURNING THE PHONE CALL. WHEN YOU CALL THEY HAVE A RECORDING THAT SAYS THEY WILL BE OUT, BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP(ON THIS OCCASION). QUITE A FEW OF MY NEIGHBORS USE THEM AND THEY SEEM TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.

THEY ACTUALLY CALL TO CHECK ON YOU TO SEE HOW SERVICE IS AND THEY USUALLY CALL BEFORE THEY COME TO YOUR HOUSE. WHEN I HAD TRU-GREEN I TOLD THEM WHAT I PAID AND THEY BEAT THEIR PRICE.

OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE, NO DISAPPOINTMENTS.

THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. SOMETIMES THEY COME 2-3 TIMES A DAY, DEPENDING ON THE WEATHER. IF THEY COME EARLY, THEY THROW THE PAPER TO THE SIDE SO THEY DON'T PLOW OVER IT. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY.
