Mr. Goins spent one hour and was able to resolve all the problems we were having with our computer, and recommended and also installed within that same hour's service time (he charges by the hour) additional memory in our computer to help speed things up. He seems to be very knowledgable about all aspects of home computers. He was able to explain why certain things were happening. He showed up exactly at the time he had given us. We got a lot of service within that hour time frame and he even "stopped the clock" at one point since he was almost finished, so as not to charge us for an additional hour. That was much appreciated.

I appreciated that I was able to make an appointment for him to come over within 24 hours. Our printer had gotten jammed with some address labels and even though we thought we got the labels out, it wasn't printing properly and then suddenly wouldn't print at all. He took it apart and found there was more debris from the jammed labels in there. He carefully got it all out and cleaned things up so it would print properly again. He corrected a software problem as well. Since that didn't use up the entire hour, he gave me a few other pointers about various things. He seemed to really know computers and didn't waste any time. He also called me before coming over to say he could get there earlier than the original appointment if I didn't mind.

He is always on time and very congenial. He can now do a lot of repairs by accessing my computer from his office which saves time and money. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
