I worked with Scott on the project design. He was prompt, answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the products.
I also worked with Dan. They both were always on time and the job site was cleaned up each evening. The project started and was completed as promised. The workmanship was excellent and both Scott and Dan worked very hard to make sure that I was pleased with what was done each day. I would use them again on a bathroom or kitchen remodel. They made the project as stress free as possible and I am thrilled with my new bathroom. I could always get a hold of Scott if I had any questions."Unfortunately my plumber was not aware of the customer being an Angies List member. Usually the customer makes sure we now because they get Value Rate pricing and an additional 5% off. There is always two sides to the story. I am going to start off with our pricing is quoted up front and out of a price book. The price doesn't change when you live in a more affluent neighborhood than others. Our minimum service call is $55.00 not $110.00. After we got the approval to do the work by [member name removed], we proceeded to work that's when Mr called and questioned the pricing. At that point he wanted a price, that's when he was quoted $110.00. We do not itemize our invoices for several reasons but mostly because we quote up front so there is no surprise when the job is completed. We have found a much higher level of customer satisfaction quoting up front than itemizing a bill at the end of a job and we do stand behind the quoted price. The toilet had to be pulled from the floor the and closet flange fastened to the subfloor. The subfloor was cut a little to large around the pipe so there wasn't wood under the screw holes to properly fasten the flange, but The plumber was able to get it fastened using other hardware. Then reset and install toilet with new supply line. He had almost 2 hours on site and not including travel time. The plumber did a professional job and represents my company very well. As for this customer basically calling me a liar.... He doesn't even know me, how he can speak of my character this way. Shame on him. I run a very reputable company and for that reason I'm going to send this customer the $ he would have saved for being an Angies member. Greg Faustina President"
"Why didn't you call back in the morning? After 7:30 past maybe by 8am I would have called. You must have spoke with the night time answering service and that's not a perfect setup but better than an answering machine. It work's best for emergency after hour calls. I'm sorry you feel the way you do. We do go out of our way to take care of our customers and loosing a customer before we even get a chance to do any work for you hurts. Sorry for the inconvenience. "We have been to this customers home 2 times for this problem. It's a sewer problem not a toilet problem. The sewer needs to be repaired, that's what is causing the problem. We did go back a second time to clear the stoppage for her at no charge. Thank You Greg Faustina Pres"
