He came and fixed our toilet that wouldn't stop running and also a leaky faucet we've had for years.  I was told twice by two different plumbers that I'd need to replace the leaky faucet for quite a bit of money, but he fixed it by replacing 1 part.  I will never use another plumber.

Jack looked at the pipe in the garage and pulled it out so he could clean it. He then put flux and began to solder the pipe together. Jack did a great job

Jack was easy to reach by phone.  He came when he said he would.  He checked the air conditioner and added some Freon.  He was prompt, courteous and very reasonable.

Sunview was very punctual, and was a few minutes early, actually. He was able to come out the day after I called and allowed me to name the time. He was very knowledgeable and performed the task within 2 hours, which wasn't too bad given the difficult position of the pipe. He did spend some time just chatting with me without working, but I can't really complain, given how hot my basement was and how sweaty he was. I thought the price was fair. He didn't try to convince me to to have more, unrequested work performed.

Wonderful efficient prompt service.  Repaired faucet in 5 minutes that I was told needed to be totally replaced.

We have just simply never had a problem or complaint. They have been very responsive. Very helpful! They know what they are doing and do good work.

He told me what was wrong, told me how much it was going to cost and fixed my problem in side of 1/2 an hour.

Awful. While the wife who made the appointment was very nice she said her husband would be the one coming out to do the work. In reality though their 26 year-old son ended up coming out. After cutting a hole in the kitchen ceiling he admitted that he was not skilled enough to complete this type of job. He called his dad who was still in bed at this time to ask him what he should do. He basically admitted to me that he is only 1 level above a handyman and I would have to call "a real plumber." I could not believe he said that. I was thinking to myself what the heck is he supposed to be then? They ended up charging me $190 for cutting a hole in my kitchen ceiling and putting some caulk around the bathtub. I do not know the quality of his dad's work but the 26 year-old son is definitely not worth the extremely high price he charges.

We have used Jack for plumbing work several times in the past. Now the business is being taken over by his son Brandon who did this current job. He was quick, polite, and reasonable. He will return to do another job that he couldn't finish today. I have no complaints.

THEY WERE PLEASANT, SHOWED UP WITHIN REASON,WORK VERY SATISFACTORY. COULD HAVE CLEANED UP BETTER.

JACK AND HIS SON CAME BY, LOOKED AT THE PROBLEM AND MADE A QUICK ASSESSMENT. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND DEFINITELY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. ANOTHER MINOR PROBLEM DEVELOPED THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM, AND THEY REPAIRED THAT QUICKLY, TOO. I ONLY WISH THAT I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THEM BEFORE, I WOULD HAVE HIRED THEM THE FIRST TIME TO DO THE JOB THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. THEY ARE BOTH GREAT TO WORK WITH. I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN SHOULD I NEED ANY MORE PLUMBING WORK DONE.

FOR THE SNAKE JOB HE ONLY NEEDED TO USE A 15 FOOT SNAKE. $160 OF THE PRICE WAS FOR THE FAUCET. I HAD SOME ISSUES AND HE HAD TO COME BACK. HE WAS A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND A NICE GUY,

HE CAME OUT QUICKLY, WAS PROMPT AND DID A GOOD JOB.

VERY HELPFUL AND A GOOD TROUBLE SHOOTER; ALSO HAS HELPED ME WITH SMALL JOBS(ONE TIME HE CHANGED A LIGHT BULB I COULD NOT REACH). REASONABLE IN PRICE. VERY NICE PERSON WHO GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO PLEASE.

MOST PUNCTUAL, TELLS YOU EXACT TIME, JACK ERICKSON, OWNER

CAME OUT TO CAULK TUB AND SAID HE ALSO FIXED HER TOILET BECAUSE IT WAS WOBBLING. MEMBER PAID HIM FOR THE JOBS. 3 DAYS LATER TOILET WAS NOW WOBBLING (SHE NEVER NOTICED IT BEFORE) AND HE SAID HE WOULD CHARGE HER AGAIN TO COME OUT. MEMBER DID NOT USE HIM.
