I was informed earlier that they did not take reservations. I asked about call ahead dining and I was informed to call ahead about an hour prior to dining. I was told they had ample seating. I called ahead 90 minutes prior to our dining. I was put on hold and forgot about. I called back and was immediately told "no problem" and they preceded to take my name and number. Upon arrival we were ignored by the hostess staff and had to ask for assistance. Once I spoke to a hostess, she stated "let me get your table ready". She never returned. A gentleman, I'm assuming management, appeared after I inquired with another hostess. He then told me he had no accommodations. If we wanted to dine, can we be done by 7:15? It was now near 6:30! After complaining they seated us on the patio (it was a bit chilled). The food took awhile to be served. I'm sure because they were busy. Our waitress was great and food was delicious. The greeting and service at the door left a sour note to a planned special evening out with family!

Contacted Stancato's by phone after visiting their location and picking up menus and other information about catering services. Lori was very helpful in determing menu selections and quantities. Received email with selections and pricing seconds after phone call ended. Lori called later to report an overcharge and that there would be a reduced amount on the final bill. All food was delivered on time. Items were packed in insulated boxes, which helped keep some items hot until needed. The food was excellent. We recieved many positive compliments about the food. We would definitely use Stancato's again.

Ordered from Menu. Thankfully Stancato's talked my husband into letting them deliver the food saving us valuable time before guests arrived. They were prompt and the food was good.

I had several conversations with Stancato's before the party. They were very helpful in terms of planning the menu. The food was delicious. Our guests went on and on about the chicken and ribs. The staff was very professional, and the servers were solicitous without being intrusive. They arrived on time, set everything up and cleaned up. Other than a few questions for me, I was able to enjoy my guests once everything was set up. We had more than enough food. After everyone had eaten, they even packed everything up in my containers and carried it to the basement fridge for me.

One word... perfect. I spoke with Mary Pat and Lori. Both were extremely courteous, helpful, and professional. They answered all of my questions and provided guidance in planning the best menu. I was told that they would deliver for a nominal fee. It was well worth it as the food arrived on time and hot as it was promised. It was a pleasure working with them. I will use Stancato's again and will recommend them to family and friends.

Everything was delivered on time but I thought the $35.00 delivery charge was a bit high, and I was surprised that food was delivered in a plumber's truck.

They were wonderful. Had many suggestions for keeping things a surprise. Very helpful with quantities of food to order. The food was outstanding and there were many positive comments from our guests. Two servers were in attendance and they basically did everything from setup to cleanup. They were very unobtrusive and made the party a complete success.

THE FOOD IS EXCEPTIONAL, THE DELIVERY WAS PROMPT, & THE PRICES ARE GREAT.
