A VERY PLEASANT BUYING EXPERIENCE. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND LOW-PRESSURE SALESMAN. DELIVERIES PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE TO MY DIFFICULT SCHEDULE. AND THE BEST: A) FREE DELIVERY REGARDLESS OF PURCHASE VALUE, B) THEY NOT ONLY INSTALLED THE WASHER BUT FILLED THE TUB, AT WHICH POINT THEY NOTICED A CRACK, HAULED AWAY BOTH NEW AND OLD WASHER, AND BROUGHT ME ANOTHER NEW WASHER IN 2 DAYS. I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THEM.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. THE TWO DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE UNOBTRUSIVE. THEY WERE CAREFUL, COURTEOUS AND CLEAN, HELPED BREAK DOWN THE BOX AND HAULED AWAY THE OLD REFRIGERATOR TOO.

INSTALLERS WERE SLIPSHOD. THEY TRIED TO MAKE THE GAS HOOKUP USING 1 PAIR OF PLIERS INSTEAD OF THE RECOMMENDED 2 WRENCHES. THEY DIDNT TEST THE FITTINGS.
