Alan Scott is my service man. He checked out my furnace and gave me some options toward replacing blower motor and replacing furnace/AC in future. I request Alan for all my service needs

When my husband purchased a just-released high-tech thermostat, the thermostat company offered us a free installation. They selected Service Experts. The technician from Service Experts was professional and did a great job installing the thermostat. He offered us a maintenance agreement with the company, which we agreed to buy. A week or so later a different technician arrived to perform routine maintenance on our furnace. After a couple of hours he told us he needed assistance from another technician (who turned out to be the installer of the thermostat). A few hours later, their "supervisor" arrived (the technicians had been in my house for six hours - we still don't know why). The "supervisor" turned out to be a high-pressure salesman who tried to convince us that our furnace was dangerous and should be replaced the next day. The prices on the furnaces he offered changed when we declined to purchase and then incentives were added if we would sign on the dotted line immediately. We didn't. Instead, we had an extremely reputable heating and cooling company come and paid them to inspect our furnace. They found our furnace to be old, but in no way dangerous. Additionally, they gave us a quote on a new system which was thousands of dollars less than the system pitched to us by the Service Experts representative.

I had used another company to inspect my air conditioner. They alerted me that my unit was leaking a lot, and could ruin my furnace if I didn't replace soon. A week and three phone calls later, that company did not respond. So, I called Service Experts. A technician came out the next day. He was late, but the office did call me to inform me of that. He did a thorough inspection of my unit and house. He explained everything to my husband and me. The next day someone came to my house to install the air conditioner. They were punctual, neat and professional. The following day I thought that something was wrong with the air conditioner since the temperature wasn't registering correctly. I called the first technician. He answered his phone, and then came to my house the next day to check everything and make sure it was okay. He also conferred with his supervisor. I was very pleased with this company and would recommend them.

They seemed pretty reasonable on price and they did a pretty good job. I did have a problem with the a/c unit but it was not their fault. It was a defective part on the unit. They were here today to replace that. They were very friendly and courteous. I would definitely use them again for other HVAC stuff. Usually they are very responsive and have come out here quickly but it took longer than I would have liked for this part to come in.

The servicemen arrived in the estimated timeframe. They were friendly, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. They're genually knowledgeable about heating systems, including less common ones, such as my oil-fired hot water boiler.

We do use them. My experience with them has been good. The service was fine. I would use them again in the future.

They are great and we have contracts with them. The service men are wonderful. They are courteous very nice and they respect our interiors. They put things on their feet, so they don?t get any mess in our house and they do good work. They cleaned our ducts and were very professional and are a good company. They also install furnaces and air-conditioners. We pay $185 for the contract and that includes maintenance of my furnace and air-conditioner in fall and spring. This puts us in a position where we are the very first to be serviced in the beginning of the season and if there is an emergency, they will come out immediately which is very good.

Things went pretty well. We had some problems with the thermostat so they are coming out to fix it. I would give them a B for responsiveness because of their dispatchers. I would say their guys are top notch.

I was quite happy and satisfied with them. I have used their services in the past. They are very professional and courteous. They will not just tell you something is wrong when it really is not. They do the work, they get out, and they do not leave a mess. That is why I keep going back and I will use them from now on.

Very professional company. The service guy is always prompt and careful to not track dirt in the house. He always reminds us to change the batteries in our thermostat and recommends the best type of filter for our furnace.

We were very happy with the quality of work that was performed by this company. They took their time explaining why what another contractor had done was incorrect and what would have to be done to correct it.

This company came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them to anyone for heat/AC. They are prompt to return phone calls, are very responsive in an emergency and are always on time when they schedule an appointment. I rate them very highly.

MR. FRANK DIMARCO ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. HE WAS NOT HURRIED AND DIDN'T PROVIDE ANY PRESSURE ON US. THE INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME. THEY PLACED DROP CLOTHS ON THE FLOORS, REMOVED ALL THE BOXES, ETC. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

THE SALES PERSON WAS EXCELLENT. MIKE REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. ONE OF THE TECHNICIANS DID POOR WORKMANSHIP. I ASKED THE SALESMAN NOT TO HAVE THAT PERSON RETURN TO MY HOME. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

THEY EXPLAINED THE SYSTEM TO ME AND IT WAS VERY UNDERSTANDABLE. I ALWAYS APPRECIATE WHEN THEY EXPLAIN WHAT'S GOING ON, AND HOW TO TAKE CARE OF IT PROPERLY.

MICHAEL WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE INSTALLER COME ON TIME AND CLEAN UP AFTER WORK. WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
