Description of Work: They did not replace either the key pad or rollers only sprayed WD40 on track and rollers and reprogramed my remote. Were scheduled first appointment one day and I got a call that tey were going to be several hours late so I had to reschedule, had to take another day off work and had 1st appointment but they were late again.

Description of Work: I no longer remember date or exact cost of the service. But technician came out and checked my garage door and oiled it. He didn't note the torn weather stripping at the bottom of the door and after he left the door "slipped" for several days on opening and closing until the excess oil was absorbed.
