SCR BUILDING MAINTENANCE & HOME IMPROVEMENT

Everything started out pretty good , a little slow but good. Day 2. I inspected the roof tear off when the workers went home. Still so far so good. Day 5 . Finally done with the job and $803.00 in extra costs later.Go figure. So now a $4500.00 roof job is costing me $5303.00 I paid the owner Scott Rusa and then started to check the work that was done...OMG Replace soil stack flashing, install chimney Flashing.A piece of roofing material covered in that black tar goo. What a joke And as for the install of Ice &Water Shield on ALL gutter edges . well not there. I was told i didn't really need that anyways..Dah..thats not what i agreed to or payed for. I still want what i payed for as per the agreement. Wheather i need it or not I stilled paid for and want Ice & Water Shield on ALL gutter edges.. Overall i'm very unhappy with the job that was done. So please ---Buyer Beware. You will probably be ripped off and then fed a bunch of bull.

They did a great job. There was a lot more work involved than the original estimate. Once they got here they got here they got the job done promptly and cleaned up well afterward. The price was reasonable.

They did a great job. They told me it would take a week to get the job done and were in and out in 4 days. The quality of their work was very good and they offered suggestions. Most importantly, their prices were competitive, based on other estimates that we got.
