Must say it is VERY disappointing that you stated...and I quote " I asked them on numerous occasions to add some asphalt to increase the sloped they promised to come by and finish the job but they never did. " (end quote) Mr. (member name removed), did you forget answering the door and coming outside when our crew of approximately 7 people came to your house to add new hot asphalt in the 2' by 2' spot you were concerned with ? Did you forget standing there with us pointing to the spot...watching as our crew applied more asphalt ? Did you forget also pointing to the area and asking us to tamp down certain areas to help direct the drainage flow toward the drain....which we did to your specifications...AS YOU WATCHED ! Did you forget that when we finished everything that you requested....that you stated to us that everything looked FINE ! Did you forget that WEEKS LATER....you called again and said that there was ANOTHER spot that needs more asphalt. Did you forget that we stated that we would be glad to come out, AGAIN, but we have to come when we have hot asphalt on the truck from another job in the area, (like we did last time) since your new spot is only approximately 1 sq. ft as per your description ? We, at Rite Price pride ourselves in doing the job correctly and customer satisfaction...including service calls are of VITAL importance to us, which is why we are disappointed that you omitted these facts in your review. Despite our disappointment, we still desire to stop out and put new hot asphalt in the new spot you are concerned with....when we have hot asphalt in your area....just like we did before.
