The best qualities about Mr Chilson are his communication skills and responsiveness to customer questions or concerns. He worked with us to create a tasteful and quality landscaping and patio project which is both functional and decorative. He worked to understand our situation and priorities. No high pressure sales. Good quality work. We are very happy with the result.

Since we had such a long battle with the city for final approval we didnt get to begin construction til the end of October. But considering the guys had to battle the elements everything went along quite smoothly.  They even had a few days rest while we waiting for snow to melt.  They put down some fresh clean dirt and grass seed on the areas of both front and back yards that had been tromped over by the guys and their machinery.
I cannot commend them highly enough for their prefessionalism. They even did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwards.
I would highly recommend Richard and his crew for any outdoor work that needs to be done--and  more specifically for any outdoor construction projects.

We had come up with an idea to improve our porch. A workman came out to give us a quote and basically told us, you don't need me, you need Rich Chilson. We then asked Rich to come out and he gave us a suggestion and a quote. He came back once or twice and dropped off some sample stone and suggested we visit one of the stone yards to see different products (which we did). He then spent a good part of a Saturday afternoon taking us to several projects he had done in the area. Some were bigger projects and a few smaller. The folks we met who had used his services all were very happy. We (my wife and I) were very impressed that he took the time he did with us for what was a pretty small project compared to some he has done. We took a little more time to decide, but once we did he came right out and did the project as soon as the weather permitted. He cleaned everything up very neatly. He had great attention to detail. He actually was on site and involved in completion of the project. We added the little mini-patio project mentioned above at the last minute, and he did a great job of that. We are very pleased with the result and are pretty amazed at the improvement we see in the appearance of our house and yard. We definitely would use him again. In fact, we are thinking of some other things we would like for him to do.

The work was done on time and on budget. Rich designed the project and we gladly approved of the project. Over all the project was completed with no delays.

Overall it was a pleasure dealing with Richard he really looked out for my best interest. His craftmanship and attention to detale were amazing . I spoke to alot of contractors and none of them with exception to Richard made me feel comfortable.
